The sink and shower drains in the hall bath were clogged. Need more glasses and cups. Also only one plastic ice tray for ice. Need more since there is no ice maker.

Wonderful location right in the middle of all the fun stuff in NoLa. Always had clean towels ready for pickup downstairs and the room was spotless and clean when we entered. Highly recommend!

Very, very well located. Walkable to so many places. Easy to access, and the place was spotless. Kitchen could be better stocked with useful supplies. The beds were on cheap metal frames that squeaked terribly - that should be improved.

Great place to stay! Very convenient to shops & restaurants with convenient paid covered garage parking across the street. (Use Spot Hero app or similar for cheaper overnight rates and use ParkMobile app for driving around town !) The directions were not too clear on where it was and the signage is small as previously reviewed but it is DIRECTLY across from Daisy Dukes restaurant (which had a Great shrimp salad! ). Noise level at night was minimal, even being directly on the road. We enjoyed the 1st floor shelving with replenishments of coffee, tea, TP, trash bags, paper towels, etc. The room was clean but we did point out to owners stove grease filters that hadn't been cleaned in months as well as a couple small items and bathroom grout which could have used a deep cleaning. While we were there a neighbor renter used the stove to cook & smoke alarm went off and staff weren't aware of the process so I called the owner. Someone quickly attended to the issue. Communication was easy, responsive and knowledgeable! We tried Beignets at Cafe Beignet , visited WWII, pharmacy, Jazz and other museums and did some shopping. Highly recommend Zèle artist collective and Creole Creamery for a delicious ice cream flight! With homemade flavors! We are ALREADY planning on going back and hopefully bringing family to experience the mystery, creativity, history and fun of NOLA! Would love to stay here again and Highly recommend! Star property

Excellent location for easy walk to Bourbon Street and many other locations. It’s also right on the line for St. Charles streetcar (a plus if you want to visit the WWII museum). The market downstairs was a nice perk for late night drinks and snacks. Very comfortable and convenient rental!
