Opulence at the Opus. Enjoy your Summer Poolside or Beachside!

TREAT YOURSELF!! At the Opus Condominium #1002 we offer a variety of activities to accommodate up to 8 guests. POOL IS OPEN! Prices and availability are current. Located beachside you can hang out on the sandy shores of Daytona Beach Shores, or visit many of the shops, or walk across the street for a family fun day of mini-golf. We also have a gym and billiards/game room for your use. Inside the condo you can take advantage of the 3 bedrooms, complete with 2 king beds and 2 double beds that will comfortably sleep 8 people. Master bedroom boasts a soaking tub (jets are no longer in operation) and walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy enough to make your favorite home cooked meals while enjoying the beach. For your safety, we employ a team of people to clean and sanitize the condo before your arrival. After a day at the beach feel free to hang up your beachwear in the full laundry room and get ready for a night out. You won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot and you’ll beat the heat with our underground parking garage and your personal parking spot. Come feel right at home with us and feel the Opulence at the Opus. The Opus is close to Flagler Beach where you can enjoy breathtaking views while dining in several Oceanfront restaurants, Ponce Inlet and its Historic Lighthouse, Main Street and all of its nightlife, Daytona International Speedway and its adrenaline pumping events, and only an hour from Florida's major theme parks.

Great Stay in Daytona

My family had a great time staying at this property. The location is right on the beach and the condo was fabulous. The pictures were a good representation. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked as expected.

07/2026 stay. While there were a few issues, our host was VERY QUICK to address the shortcoming when possible and correct the situation as soon as they could. Property offered many things not normally found at a VRBO which were used and appreciated. Beach was not normally crowded and the magic closet fulfilled all our needs for daily beach days. Location is perfect as on the beach but not in the touristy area. High rated in my book and would stay there again

Our stay at Opulence was wonderful. We actually wish that we had planned for more time at the condo instead of at our other activities. Opulence has EVERYTHING that you need for the beach including a chairs, toys, and a cooler. Condo was very clean and well appointed! Would happily stay here again and recommend fellow travelers to book for the amenities, but also for the wonderful host, Amy!

Great Condo

This condo is beautiful and has everything needed to have a great stay. Condo was very clean and had all the necessary start up supplies plus more which is a big plus. We enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Great condo for family

We enjoyed the condo and we’re impressed with the size.It was perfect for 6 adults. Everything we needed to celebrate the holidays away from home was available for us to use, including beach stuff. We had a great time!

.I was born in Arizona and raised in southern California. I attended college in Riverside and then embarked on a career in the hospitality industry. My success in this field would allow me to rise to be both a general manager and later corporate trainer for well-known restaurant chains.
Looking for a change, I decided to move to Florida and get my real estate license. I am now settled in the Daytona Beach area with my nephew Greyson and our 3 pets.

Just 5.5 miles long, the city features coastline on both sides: the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Residents and visitors alike take advantage of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun. Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.

First organized in 1960 by local business leaders convinced that a smaller community could provide better services to its residents, the City was incorporated on April 22, 1960. It is located between unincorporated Wilbur-by-the-Sea to the south and Daytona Beach to the north.
