BEST LOCATION IN BRECKENRIDGE!!!! This condo is a desirable corner unit conveniently located in Peak 9 Inn at The Village at Breckenridge. The condo is ski-in/ski-out located at the bottom of the Quicksilver SuperChair Lift, and only steps to the wonderful Main St. of Breckenridge! The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay, and is updated with granite counter-tops, as well as, the bathroom. Towels and linens will be provided, and the unit is professionally cleaned before your stay!
The space
This cozy, corner condo has extra windows that allow for more natural light and views than other condos in Peak 9 Inn. Excellent mountain views out both the living room and kitchen. The condo provides a king-size bed and a sofa sleeper that opens into a queen-size bed! Enjoy a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI. Additionally, this condo is conveniently located in the same building as the indoor-outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, steam room, workout facility, and social area with games, which have all been recently remodeled!!!!

Parking:
Parking in Breckenridge can be very limited depending on the time of year. Parking is not included with renting. However, parking is available through The Village at check-in for a fee. The parking at The Village is located underground right below Peak 9 Inn and heated in the winter! There are also other surface-parking options in Breckenridge, but would not be located at The Village.
If you are flying into Denver, it is encouraged to take one of the shuttle services to Breckenridge as once you are here everything is within walking distance (i.e.: ski slopes, Main St., shops, restaurants, etc)! The Village is also right on the drop-off point for the shuttles too!

Great location and amenities
Clean, great communication with owner, ski in and out, hot tubs, work out center and game room were perfect. Easy to walk to town and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Breck Village Stay
We had a great time. The room was clean and convenient. The staff was very helpful. We had a short, but great stay.

The location was perfect. We had some minor inconveniences but the host was quick to resolve them. We had a great time. It was close to everything

Getaway stay in the mountains
Great location, clean unit and no need for a car as everything is walkable and if you want more, take one of the many buses that are free. A fantastic journey to view the fall foliage and enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer.

Great stay!
Spent a few nights here. It was just as advertised! The portable air condition was a great addition. The location is within walking distance if everything! Great time!

Great Condo
Terrific condo and great location. Perfect for the two of us. Cozy, but great layout and everything you could need. Great communication with owner. Literally a two minute walk from Main St.

Good property, excellent location.
Property was well kept and in an excellent location. The kitchen could use more utensils (no large forks) and tools (e.g. no spatula). Underground parking was a big plus.

Just as advertised. Easy location for ski in/out, and quick access to Main Street restaurants. Very responsive owner, James, very patient with my many questions. Highly recommend!

Great ski-in/ski-out location!
Very nice, clean rental with great access to the pool/hot tubs in same building just 1 floor down. Super convenient to have ski-in/ski-out access. Front desk was always helpful. Covid precautions taken by all. Highly recommend!

Great location
The flat has the best location ever, everything is in walking distance. The hot tubs are perfect in the evening. The flat was small, but enough space for our family. The room wasn't spotless but this wasn't the fault of the owner.

Best Location in Breckenridge CO
This condo is in the Villages, right at the base of peak 9 with easy access to peak 10, ski rental in the building, just a short walk to town, across the street is the free bus to the gondola to get to peak 7 and 8. You cannot beat this location. The condo was well equipt, clean and modern.

Breck Ski Trip
We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. It is less than 5 minutes to the Quicksilver Lift and is close to numerous coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The condo unit was clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. While we didn't use the kitchenette, it is sizable. Our host, James, was extremely responsive to questions and worked some magic to reserve a parking spot for us at the last minute. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location location location
The property had everything we needed for our short ski trip in Breckenridge. We didn’t use the stocked kitchen since we went out for all of our meals. The property was ideally located next to the chair lift and also close to Main Street where we could walk to shops and restaurants.

Good to be Back
Having stayed in this cosy apartment a few times previously there was a nice sense of homeyness about our visit.
James, our host was readily available to answer any questions we had and kindly provided additional general information.
The property is close to the lifts and the apartment has everything we need.

Amazing location, great condo!
My son and I came for the first time to ski to Breckenridge ! James is an amazing host! He was answering all the questions in very short time and gave us a lot of useful suggestions before and after our arrival.The condo was clean, cozy, conveniently located just steps away from the ski lift, ski rentals, ski school and lots of restaurants. We will definitely book it again!
