Charming turn of century cottage with poolhouse with 38' x 20' gunite heated pool and bluestone patio on .5 acres -- walking distance to Sag Harbor village (5-7 min) and Jitney stop (7-10 min) , Mashamusett park that has tennis/pickleball/playground etc (5 min), 5 min walk to Pearson Elementary/High School . Nicely appointed furniture, lighting, kitchen appliances, digital locks, landscaping, in ground irrigation, flowers, outdoor shower, full bath and half bath, and 4 car main driveway and service side driveway. Fits the whole family plus, with four (4) bedrooms (each with queen bed) and 3.5 baths, as well as W/D. Enter from classic sitting porch. Downstairs, open flow through sitting room, dining room (space for 8), and adorable kitchen fully stocked with cookware, flatware, plates, silverware, stemware, serving dishes, Weber gas grill (outdoors), coffee maker / water boiler, toaster, and everything you need to entertain in Hamptons style. Also downstairs, half bath powder room for guests and guest room ensuite with classic tub. Up the front stairs (there's also a hidden back staircase that kids love), guests will find a central family room with vaulted ceiling, 65" Samsung flatscreen, and cozy/comfortable sitting area. Three upstairs bedrooms include master with en-suite bath and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. TVs in 3 of 4 bedrooms. Comfy linens and fluffy towels. Poolhouse that has 75" flat screen/internet, sitting area, and kitchenette with window AC perfect for office or extra hang out room. Useful amenities included like bicycles, beach chairs, etc. ( PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU WANT TO BRING A PET)Fun art and tastefully appointed as an upscale, but not stuffy, family rental -- no private items or family pics that sometimes feel a little awkward. Come enjoy the beautiful weather, beaches, and walks through delightful Sag Harbor for the rest of the summer or through the school year -- Sag Schools are highly rated and walking distance.

Great House!

My family loved staying at the house! It’s a short walk to everything in Sag Harbor. The house is clean and well maintained. Great time, we will definitely be back over the summer!!

What an amazing home, host and overall stay!

I could not have asked for a better stay in Sag Harbor. This host was very responsive and accommodating from the start, all the way to the last day. The home was beautiful inside and out, and the new pool truly made this an extremely enjoyable stay. The four bedrooms all had a queen bed, and all four adults had their own bedroom / bathroom, which everyone greatly appreciated. Without a doubt, I will stay here again, and cannot express how appreciative we all were to have found this home and host!

Lovely house close to center of Sag Harbor

We loved our stay at this charming house in Sag Harbor. The house has been renovated and is very charming with stylish decor. There is plenty of space for a family or group of friends to spread out, inside and outside. The pool is perfect in every way - the best we have experienced in the Hamptons. Manon was a pleasure to interact with - she is a great communicator, very responsive to any questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, including giving us recommendations of her favorite local restaurants. The house is situated on a lovely quiet street a few minutes walk to the center of town and a short drive to great beaches and nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Charming house walking distance to the village.

This house is extremely well appointed. We walked into town often to shop and eat. Grab a sandwich and sit on a bench on the dock and soak in some sun. We spent one day touring wineries on the north fork, came home to swim in the heated pool and drink wine poolside. Every day we came home to enjoy the pool. The house is fabulous, beautifully decorated in nautical style with a blend of antiques and modern decor. So much room! Every room was a wow. The owner was always available if needed. I highly recommend this home away from home.

BEWARE - Dirty and not as advertised

Potential renter beware. The listing photos do not accurately depict the property, the furniture throughout is stained, there were dead bugs in the windows which were cracked, bed linens and bath mats were very stained, there was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling and the pool - a clear selling point, had what appeared to be a moss growth in it. We found the property to be filthy and uninhabitable and left nearly immediately upon arrival. Would not recommend anyone stay here
