Il condominio è molto spazioso, con 2 camere da letto (con letti queen size) e 2 bagni (con ripiani in marmo), più di 1000 metri quadrati con una cucina completa (con ripiani in granito), e soggiorno con divano letto. AC raffreddato e insuite serbatoio di acqua calda per l'acqua calda garantito. Molto convenientemente situato proprio al porto turistico nel centro di Cabo San Lucas (adiacente a Plaza Nautica), a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni tra cui il nuoto con i delfini a Cabo Dolphins, il centro commerciale di lusso Puerto Paraiso, la fantastica spiaggia Medano, e il migliore club come Cabo Wabo, Giggling Marlin, El Squid Roe e Nowhere Bar. Nel centro commerciale Tesoro Resort e sul porto turistico adiacente immediato Boadwalk si può organizzare per tutti i tipi di attività acquatiche, tra cui snorkeling, immersioni, parasailing, submarining, sci d'acqua, e charter di pesca, ognuno dei quali può partire entro due minuti dal condominio.

Magico, ipnotizzante Los Cabos, dove il Pacifico si schianta nel Mar di Cortés a Land End "El Arco", mentre la festa continua. Dopo il vostro arrivo in aeroporto di San Jose del Cabo (SJD), è possibile prendere una navetta furgone 40 minuti attraverso o passato San Jose del Cabo, poi lungo il corridoio Cabo e giù per Cabo San Lucas. L'intera area è denominata Los Cabos, ma presso il nostro condominio si sono esattamente al centro di tutta l'azione presso il complesso Tesoro hotel in cui il nostro condominio si trova e dove quelli nel gregge sapere per crogiolarsi al sole e avere un po ' serio divertimento messicano. Los Cabos mostrerà tutti un buon momento. Scegliere tra le innumerevoli attività di questa zona prezioso e rendere la vostra vacanza più rilassante o eccitante come volete.

This was 2nd stay here to see Sammy Hagar at Cabo Wabo. It’s comfortable, quiet, safe, and has all the basics. The AC and the WiFi both work great. Definitely a good spot for fishing charters. Communicating with Jim was easy although we didn’t need anything. I would stay here again for sure.

Short Stay

Last minute decision to spend some time in Cabos. Great location and nice condo. It is close tot he nightlife but nothing that kept me up at night. Will stay there again.

Its location is great. Close to everything you could want. Jim & Ana were excellent on communication & very informative of resturants,activities,etc. Not new but a good value for the price.

Bachelor fishing/beach trip

Nice place. 6 guys was probably one to many, couch was not big enough for 2 adults. Place was clean, communication was great. Location is close to marina and locals beach. Price point for condo is excellent. I would Recommend to a friend.

Great location by the Marina. Large and comfortable. Unfortunately no laundry if staying for a while. There is a laundrymat about 6 blocks away-closed on Sundays. A/c worked great. Overall a very nice stay. If come back will definitely stay again.

Awesome location right at the Marina. We only had to use a cab to get from and return to the airport. Everything else was an easy walk. Condo always had a nice breeze blowing through it. If you dont need all the fancy frills of a resort Condo 50 is a great option.

Perfect in every way

We have stayed at Tesoro Hotel many times but will only stay here in the future. The owner was very easy to communicate with. He initiated calls and emails to give us information and updates. The condo has every thing you could want: clean, comfortable, good A/C, WiFi, hot water, a location that can’t be beat and plenty of room to relax in. It was truly a home away from home in Mexico. We loved it and look forward to staying here again.

Awesome Location!

This is a great property in the perfect location for Cabo San Lucas. It is spacious, and we’ll appointed. The only criticism I have is that there is no central air, the only air conditioner is in the master bedroom, and it is a mini split. Also, they need a large trashcan in the kitchen with instructions as to location of the dumpster. But I loved my stay, and would definitely return!

Center of everything. Nicely appointed

This place was in a great location central to everything. Lots of restaurants lots of shops lots of things to do by just walking close by. It’s nicely appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The only negative thing was the noise at night. There’s a karaoke bar at the end of the street that is so loud it booms through the windows. If you’re a light sleeper or go to bed before too bring some earplugs. Once we book, the owner was great to communicate with an answer properly made sure all our questions were answered. A very nice property and a hidden gem

Initially liked the property because of the value but turned out to be more trouble than it's worth

When I booked the property I thought it was a fantastic deal: 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, air conditioner, sofa bed, wi-fi, balcony and literally 10 steps from marina. Finding the place was easy, Jim Thatcher gave excellent directions prior to arrival along with notes on where to find groceries, how to set up Wi-Fi, etc... and how to contact the property manager, Ana Chong, which I will get to later. Little shower bottles were abundant, plenty of bed sheets, and it felt just like home. At first everything seemed to be fine, except for a few issues such as a shower rack that was loose, stains on mirror, and a loose door knob that slipped off often. Minor issues, but was still planning on giving this place 5 stars. The trouble started the second day when an A/C inside one of the rooms (separate from central A/C because it didn't reach one of the rooms) began leaking condensate inside the bedroom. We had to keep it on low and used pots to collect the water but was leaking so bad that we almost couldn't use it. We told Ana, the property manager, but she seemed not to care. On the 5th day it stopped leaking somehow and we were able to use it. Also, the A/C was not strong enough in the other bedroom and my partner and I sweated at night which made it hard to sleep. One of the bathroom toilet's water tank filled up so slowly that it could only be flushed once per hour. The Wi-Fi also went out periodically. I don't watch TV but the signal went weak at times. If this were all, then I would still give 4 stars, however, I am inclined to disclose that I believe there were bed bugs on the property. We found little bugs which I wanted to believe were baby ants, but several of us woke up with bites and we were quite itchy in bed at night. The final night I confirmed the bed bugs because I could feel them crawling on me for about an hour or so and I felt helpless but to ignore them and try to catch some sleep before the flight. Overall, I believe this is a great property that needs to be worked on. Ana, the property manager, did not check up on us once, but she did have great deals for activities. I have mixed feelings about this property, but probably would not stay here again in its current condition.

Contrary to the "belief" of this guest, there are no bed bugs in Condo 50. In the over 10 years of being listed with VRBO, the reviews have never said otherwise. This guest review came 3 weeks after the guest's stay, without any prior communication about the guest's belief about his last night's stay. Our property caretaker Ana had our regularly scheduled fumigator (Terminex) thoroughly check the condo after this review and there were no pests of any kind. I am now adding that several guests have stayed in Condo 50 since this guest did, and there is no problem. This review was reckless speculation and not appreciated.

Jim was a great Host. Communicated very well. The condo was great, beds comfortable and the location was perfect for access to the marina and all of the hit spots in downtown Cabo. We will be back.
