We hit a week where we experienced many horseflies/flies on the beach and around the house. Just be prepared to fight off the insects, depending on which way the wind blows.

Great beach stay!

The property was clean and only a one block walk from a guarded beach (very clutch with young kids!). The owner was friendly and communicative and the property matched what was in the pictures. The outdoor shower was another plus for cleaning off sand-covered kids after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend this property whole heartedly!

Very nice stay in this first floor apartment. The apartment was generally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. It was very convenient being near the beach. There were some issues with the property. Being a homeowner myself, this should come as no surprise that there's an occasional issue. There were ants coming from under the molding in the kitchen. I found ant spray in the closet, and sprayed the area. I alerted the owner and she said she would have an exterminator spray outside in the near future. Another issue was some basic items were missing when we arrived: No sponges, tissues, napkins, hand soap empty, no additional garbage bags. I alerted the owner about the hand soap and garbage bags, and I purchased the other items while we were out shopping. The garbage bags were delivered by Amazon the next day. I suggest that someone check for those basic items after renters stay. There should be at least a starter set of those items when we arrive. The AC would shut off overnight, and it would get warm. I alerted the owner and she set the AC thermostat to a fixed 72*. Good responsiveness on those 2 issues! The home was generally comfortable. The bedding was fine. Amenities were as advertised. BBQ was small but usable. It was convenient having beach chairs and towels, and not having to being those. Overall a pleasant stay!

Fishing/Relaxing weekend

We needed some time away and wanted to spend the weekend in Brigantine. My husband loves to surf fish. We also wanted to take my parents since they just moved in with us a little over a year ago and have never been. The weather wasn't the greatest, but we enjoyed our stay anyway. The home was comfortable and had what we needed to make our own meals. My parents loved the front porch. It was an easy walk to the beach and my husband caught some bluefish. Win-Win for everyone.

This is an awesome rental , I hate to post it, since it will probably be completely booked next year but this house is truly amazing .. close to beach, a nice walk to Wawa ..it was on a quiet street, parking right out front of your door the kitchen had everything you needed . Even had a clothes basket they thought of everything ..

Great beach stay!

Perfect location so close to a great beach! The place was very comfortable with lots of beds, two bathrooms, and three TVs. Loved the comfy sectional in the living room. Loved having the table and chairs on the porch so we could enjoy eating and sitting outside there. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Place!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was super clean and just a short walk to the beach. The town itself was quiet and perfect for our young kids. We loved how clean and not crowded the beach was. Would definitely stay again!

Week in Brigantine

The property was just as advertised. We went with two small families -- 4 adults with two teenagers. It was perfectly sized, with two queen-sized rooms and another that would fit up to four kids on two pairs of bunk beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had brought boogie boards for the kids, but they had some there in addition. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
