Bonefish Bungalow offers an idyllic vacation experience in the captivating Florida Keys, overlooking the picturesque Key Colony Channel. Situated in the Bonefish Yacht Club, a charming marina community. Whether you prefer watching boats navigate the channel from one of the two waterfront balconies, strolling the marina to check out the day's catch, fishing off the docks in the evening, taking a refreshing dip in the pool just outside your front door, or enjoying a short walk to Coco Plum Beach, this home offers a variety of activities to suit your desires.
This multi-level home features covered parking, a spacious storage closet complete with a bait freezer, two inviting patios, two master bedrooms, and a third bedroom on the main living level, furnished with bunk beds.
Home Features and Amenities:
- An open-concept living space with two patios, one of which is screened, providing scenic views of the Key Colony Channel.
- Recently updated bedding and linens, high-speed internet, large smart TVs, and a Wi-Fi-enabled printer/scanner.
- A dining area with seating for 6 and a kitchen bar counter with room for 4.
- A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
- A spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a private balcony, a full bathroom featuring a stall shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and a walk-in closet.
- A second master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in closet.
- The third bedroom, equipped with 2 bunk beds, with access to the third full bathroom on the main floor.
- A convenient washer and dryer on the third floor.
- An outdoor grill and picnic table for al fresco dining.
- Access to the community pool (heated and chilled), cabana, tennis courts, and pickleball.

Booking Policies:
Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.
Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.
Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.
Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:
– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)
