The enclosed backyard and back patio with outdoor firepit are great for quiet evenings after visiting many of the nearby National Parks - including Bryce Canyon, Zions and Capitol Reef. Centrally located in Piute County you have access to the best fishing around at Piute Reservoir, Otter Creek Reservoir and Panguitch Lake. Visit Butch Cassidy's Boyhood Home or ride the Paiute ATV trail.

Spacious Living Room:
With three sofas, you’ll have plenty of seating area for everyone to sit and enjoy your favorite television show or movie on the large tv. And the spacious floor area also allows for air mattresses in case you have extra guests.
Master Bedroom and En-suite:
The welcoming master bedroom includes a pillow-top queen size bed and recliner, just what you need to relax after a full day enjoying the national parks. The huge master closet can hold all your luggage, clothing, gear and more. And enjoy a hot shower in the attached master bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Full size bed; Bedroom 3: twin daybed turns into king sized bed.
Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub/shower.
Utilize the enclosed backyard, complete with gas BBQ and fire pit, covered patio with sofa and chairs. Our evenings are beautiful and quiet, a perfect combination for your getaway.

The covered parking area in the back protects your car from the elements and gives easy access to the home.
