New! This beautiful home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a huge backyard. It is located on the golf course in Windsor. It is in walking distance to a great restaurant and just moments to the downtown green. Home is very close to the world famous Russian River Brewery. And Lake Sonoma is just a quick drive north if the lake suits your trip.
There is a lovely hot tub for you to enjoy, as well as a fire pit, BBQ and hammock to lounge in the sun.

Wine country bike tour weekend

All the amenities were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked! Communication with owners great! Exiting the house was easy! Thanks for making the weekend great!

Wine weekend

Lovely home with spa in backyard. Sadly it rained so couldn't enjoy the fire pit. Beds were comfortable and would happily stay there again.

Nice, spacious accommodations

Family gathering for wedding. Slept everybody comfortably. Even pullout beds were comfy. Great room was enjoyable gathering place for part of 10-11 family members. Care needed on our part with family members carrying on after quiet time on the back patio as sound carries and setting is intimate and close to other backyard spaces. Definitely a nice home and quite neighborhood.

Wonderful location

This property was exactly as listed. Great location for wine tasting from Santa Rosa to Healdsburg. This house was very nicely appointed with spices and oils as well as foil and plastic wrap making all of our meals easy to prepare. The patio was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. Our group enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great location, nicely furnished and decor. Property was as described and good communication with host. The 1 thing we would recommend is your cleaning service needs to be a bit more thorough, the tubs were draining slowly due to hair clogging the drain which we cleaned out.

Great Place Away From Home!!!!

No hesitation recommending this accommodation. This home made our vacation memorable -- welcoming, comfortable, immaculate, well-equipped kitchen, great hot tub, & plenty of space. Light & bright and just gotta love those big windows. Location was within walking distance of Worldmark & Charlies. This was our 4th visit to Windsor, and this accommodation was the best. Kept waiting for a list of rules, but the rules were at a minimum. Very happy with the check-in time. Loved walking Sophie Rose, our Maltese, alongside the golf course fence. She loved it too!! AND, I can't resist saying: supply of toilet paper & paper towels was generous. Not so with the place we stayed at last year -- they were very stingy. You were a gracious host. Thank you very much.

Amazing property, would definitely go back!

Location was perfect for us. Very close to Santa Rosa Airport, and perfectly in between downtown Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. House is as listed and very comfortable all around. Check-in was easy. Can't wait to come back!

Great spot for a bachelorette

I stayed here with 10 other girls for my sister’s bachelorette weekend. The house is exactly how it was depicted in the listing, and comfortably fit our large group. We loved the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and spacious, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. The house is located in a great area; we went out at night to downtown Santa Rosa which was a quick 10 minute Uber ride, we spent a day at Russian River and enjoyed a scenic 30 minute drive there, and the neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The only small notable issue is that there were a lot of signs around the property warning us to be quiet or we could be kicked out. It’s understandable that we need to be quiet during quiet hours but the excessive amount of signs made us feel on edge like we could get in trouble at any moment. We luckily didn’t have any issues with noise complaints and the stay overall was great, I would happily stay here again

Great Space located in a perfect area

The property itself was definitely designed to host a group of people. It had all the essential things you needed for cooking indoor or outdoor. Plus, the house had this clean, but also warm smell that made it that much more inviting. We were really surprised how close to different breweries and wineries it was. Plus the different trails around it were so tranquil in the early mornings or mid evenings. Would stay at this rental again for sure.

Great place to stay with a big group!

We had 10 people and we all fit in the house comfortably! We loved the open layout in the kitchen. It allowed us all to really enjoy our time together.

Great house but stranded for a while

House and hot tub are lovely, but some of the outlets and appliances don’t work. We couldn’t reach the host and never received check in instructions. We were stranded for a few hours even though it was hours past check-in time.

Excellent house with full amenities - quiet neighborhood

Overall the property was just as described and spacious for a group of 10 (8 in rooms, 2 on sofa bed). Fully stocked kitchen, nice yard with hammock and grill, hot tub, and nice residential neighborhood. Definitely respect the quiet hours so as not to bother the neighbors, as it’s a very quiet neighborhood. Overall a great stay!

Clean and quiet

We enjoyed staying here - the neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. There was lots of space to stretch out, including a nice outdoor area. We cooked a couple meals and had all the kitchen appliances necessary to do so. Overall a great stay.

Colorado transplants

This was the middle stay sandwiched between two stints of camping. The house had everything we needed for our group of friends: plenty of space for socializing both inside and out, well equipped clean bathrooms, and a very easy kitchen to work in. The hot tub was a bonus. We would stay here again if we were to visit the wine country. .

Property overall was nice and as presented. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot tub that made not useable, and despite multiple contacts with the host the problem was not resolved during the time of our stay. We did receive a partial refund for this inconvenience.

Spacious, comfortable home

We were visiting the area for a bike ride a group of us do together. We ride hard on Saturday and it was wonderful to come back to a quiet home with a hot tub for us all to relax and unwind. The home is modern and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed our stay very much.
