The owners of the property were very responsive and answered our questions quickly. This house is roomy and charming and well maintained. The outdoor seating and hot tub were ideal for our group to relax after our adventures. Will definitely consider this property for future visits.

Brett & Marc's home was a lovely retreat. It has comfy beds, a fantastic kitchen and lovely outdoor spaces on all sides of the house. It was a great place to relax and unwind.

The house is absolutely lovely-from overall aesthetic to quality furnishings, sheets, glasses, etc. All of the artwork is stunning. Location is very close to downtown. The multiple little gathering or sitting areas are each worth spending time in and it was our loss that we had such a short time there. The host graciously allowed us a one night stay exception and communication was great. I absolutely would recommend this home and would love to return for a longer stay.

Nice old cottage with lots of nature elements and modern kitchen. Good for people who go to bed at 9pm, don’t mind spiders, and don’t mind being in a guest country neighborhood. The hot tub is a little beat up but still heats up. The house over all was clean and had pleasant vibes.

Russian River getaway

Great time down on the Russian river. The property meet all expectations. No issues with check-in or with the property. Beautiful charming cabin with great outdoor spaces. Great location for Guerneville and Russian river activities!

Relaxing hot tub getaway among the trees!

My 3 friends and I had a wonderful overnight in this lovely home! We were really impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the property and the thoughtful touches we found when we arrived, that truly made it a pleasant surprise even with the high expectations we had based on the photos and description. The kitchen tools and appliances were great, the hot tub worked perfectly and felt wonderful, and the views from the indoor and outdoor spaces were gorgeous! My friends declared that this would be our new spot for quick escapes from the urban parts of the Bay Area where we live. Can't wait to go back... for more than 1 night!

The home is charming. We stayed over the July 4th weekend. However, it would be a very cozy home to get away to during the winter months as well. The mornings were a little chill and the heater works great. In moments the home was warm. The kitchen is very nice for cooking. The bathrooms have nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The beds are comfortable. Lots of places to enjoy sitting outdoors.

House was as advertised. Great for my little family of 4, each of us had a bedroom. (1) bathroom upstairs, was a quiet shower so no issue showering after a day at the river with the little ones put to bed. Enjoyed the hammock out back and the peacefulness of the area. House was very clean and comfortable. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
