Review

Overall we enjoyed the condo and site, close to the beach and pool is a short walk away. A lot of the folks there own and live there and were very welcoming to us. It was a bit difficult to find as the signage on the roads was not good. The air conditioner could use a tune up and cleaning but otherwise the place was good, nice to have laundry there.

Beautiful location

This Studio was just perfect for us with a modern kitchen and comfortable bed. It is within walking distance of the beach and a wonderful restaurant. We took a taxi to get to the grocery store in the nearby town of Coco.

Nice location

Quiet, clean. Within walking distance of beach and restaurant. We will be here several more nights.

Terrible Host Poor Maintenance on rental Studio

Was not provided with security access's code for both main gate or for rental unit. Had to walk around in the dark trying to find someone that could help us. To say we were upset and angry is to put very mildly.!!!Was fortunate enough to stumble upon a security guard that knew the host and was able to phone her on his personal phone to get the codes…Then once inside there were multiple problems with the unit.Broken toilet, broken shower door to appliances that did not work properly..The host did get repairs done a few days after we voiced our complaints.The host could be very hard to get a hold of at times. The property was nice and the location to the beach was quite close. Overall felt we were overcharged based on how many repairs had to be done in order to make the unit the way it should have been when we entered it at the beginning.
