Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
It is a perfect central location to base your stay.
We offer a four bedroom house. There is also a one bedroom Studio for the overflow of guests. Please enquire about the Studio for pricing & availability.
The peaceful surrounds ensures serenity & relaxation whilst only being a few minutes to the CBD, local pubs & cafes, for all your shopping needs & restaurants
Plenty of in house car parking with secure lock up gates for added security.
Enjoy a nice quiet walk on our street & see the local horses & sheep or sit & relax on the front porch with a cold drink
Light breakfast included
Spacious and peaceful, this is the ideal property for large groups.
Sleeping 11 comfortably you won't be disappointed. A country setting yet just 5 minutes drive to the center of town.
Anderlon House is a spacious country farm house located 5 minutes to the center of bustling Wagga. Great for people working away from home.
Its luxury in a country setting with the convenience of being close to town. Peaceful and quiet with the city at your fingertips.
Charles Sturt University, Coles, Subway, McDonalds, Dominos & petrol station are only a few kilometres away in Estella.
MAIN HOUSE
Our property boasts 4 bedrooms.
In the Main House there are 4 bedrooms
The first bedroom has 1 king bed, single bed & trundle bed.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Double bed & single bed
The 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed
The 4th bedroom has 1 Queen bed & has access to the 3 way main bathroom through your own private sliding door & your own television
1 living area
Retro full kitchen. Coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, pots & pans, utensils.
Everything a Kitchen should have.
The 2nd bathroom / laundry has a private toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer.
Main bathroom has a hair dryer & hair straightener. The 2nd bathroom has a hair dryer.
All beds are brand new with new pillow top mattresses to ensure comfort, with hotel quality linen to ensure a good nights sleep.
There is also a self contained Studio for the overflow of guests which can accommodate 2 extra visitors.
Plenty of in house car parking. Caravans, work utes, RV's & the weekend travellers. Drive in one gate & exit through a 2nd gate if required. Gates can be closed at night for extra security.
Outdoor Fire pit (wood supplied in the winter months) & BBQ area in the spacious front yard. Not for in use Summer or in total fire bans.
Outdoor camp kitchen with BBQ, fridge, cooktop, oven, sink with hot & cold water, ceiling fan & lighting for all your speciality cooking
All this for less than it costs for a hotel room per person.
Pets not allowed.
The local pony club is situated at the end of our street.
The Palm & Pawn Hotel & Northshore Café are a short 1.7km away.
