The Lohr Shack, situated in Inverloch just 150 meters from the surf beach, offers a cozy and convenient retreat for beach lovers. The upper level of the shack is designed for relaxation and socializing, featuring a spacious loungeroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area that opens up to a large balcony, perfect for hosting gatherings and enjoying the outdoors.
Whether you're looking to unwind after a day at the beach or entertain friends and family, the Lohr Shack provides a comfortable and inviting space to create lasting memories by the sea.
The outdoor balcony is a wonderful place to relax and entertain guests. With plenty of dining space, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ, it offers the perfect setting for enjoying meals.
The upstairs area of this home boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom features king bed, ample clothing storage, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a TV for entertainment. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, convenient storage, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. The third bedroom is perfect for accommodating multiple guests with its two bunk beds, a ceiling fan, and a chest of drawers for storing personal belongings. Conveniently located upstairs, the main bathroom serves these bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a refreshing shower and have the convenience of a separate toilet for privacy and efficiency.
Downstairs in the house, there is a cozy self- contained bedroom with a bunk bed and a tri bunk, perfect for accommodating multiple guests or family members. Additionally, this bedroom has its own small loungeroom area with a fold out couch, providing a private retreat for relaxation or entertainment. The convenience continues with an attached bathroom that features a shower, vanity and toilet offering both functionality and comfort for those staying in this part of the house. Overall, this downstairs setup provides a comfortable and convenient living space for guests or family members to enjoy during their stay.
The inclusion of a third shower in a laundry room is a unique and convenient feature that offers additional functionality beyond just washing clothes. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.
