We loved this area! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We loved being right on the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry your stay at Anderson Ocean Club Unit 1510 fell short of expectations. The issues you described — cold showers, parking not in the building, dirty pools, outdated TVs, and odors in the room and hallways — are unacceptable. We will investigate the hot-water/temperature issue and arrange deep cleaning and odor. We’ll also review how parking is described so future guests aren’t surprised. The only thing I thought was a little inconvenient was there were no extra trash bags. Once you used the one provided that was it.

This was a great property with great amenities and the view from the 15th story was phenomenal. Three different pools with varying temperatures, one of them was just shy of being a hot tub. Everything was as described. The only hiccup we had was the check in instructions we were sent were blank, no door code and no elevator codes. But a quick call to the host was all I needed. They hooked me up over the phone in minutes.This property is just a few minutes from Boardwalk at the Beach. If you’re familiar with the area then you understand that north of most of the boardwalk shopping and rides. It was a fifteen minute walk down to the boardwalk from our property.The rate was almost a steal. Highly reasonable for a two bedroom condo. I would do this again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It would’ve been helpful to know the parking garage is across the street behind the mini golf. The loading/unloading area is located at the property behind the lobby. It has limited parking spaces and gets backed up at check-in and check-out times. There’s just a few luggage carts that could cause an additional delay. Several of the elevators weren’t working or getting maintenance. The condo itself is very nice with a beautiful view. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We did have a few issues. The refrigerator was pooling water under the produce drawers and eventually leaking onto the floor. The back of the microwave is rusted out and needs to be replaced. The clean light was on, on the coffee pot when we arrived. There’s 5 dinner plates for a unit that sleeps 8. The lamp in the living room has a short and turns off or on when the bedroom door is closed. The 2nd bathroom has access from the bedroom and the hallway so it has a 3-way switch and one of the switches doesn’t work. All of this was reported to the property manager and I did not get a reply.
