The kitchen is open for large families and entertaining. You have use of the main floor and the second floor. So there is room for everyone. The furniture is leather comfort to watch a movie in the family room use of 3 bedrooms sleeps six. You won’t regret this homey experience.

Amazing Stay

Cannot be any happier with our stay. The owners were so helpful and responsive. Decorated the house for Christmas! The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and full of amenities . Kitchen had everything you need, TVs we’re large and new, and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after skiing. Extremely close to mountains, restaurants, shopping, etc. A great experience overall! Thank you Heather!

The house was not staged as a VRBO.

All of their personal belongings were everywhere. It didn’t feel fresh and clean at all. The master bedroom mattress/bed was terrible. Other renters that were renting the basement had full access to our section of the house and came through the main entrance late at night when we were watching TV with our kids. Terrible experience overall. We’ve stayed in countless VRBO’s and have never seen anything even remotely close to this bad. Nice people but they need to stage the property or at least list it correctly.

Clean home in a nice area, but wasn't aware of other renters on the property at the same time.

This was a comfortable and clean home, however, we did not know that it was a home that the renters actually lived in and just vacated while we were staying there, so we were living amongst all their personal belongings. The listing also stated that it slept 8, but it only sleeps 6. We also were not aware that they would have renters renting out the basement of their home the same time we were there, and that they had to enter the basement where they were staying through our living area. We were not told that people would be staying in the basement until they sent the code the day of our arrival, and asked that we be considerate of the people staying in the basement. It made us a little uncomfortable as we had 3 children under 5 with us, and it is not always easy to keep them quiet especially in the morning when they first awake. I feel that was very un-ethical to list their property and rent it out to us without that full disclosure. We did have a chance to talk to the people renting the basement upon their arrival and they also were not aware that we would be renting out the upper level.

We have a bubbly hot tub year round waiting for you. Our comfy couches to relax while watching a movie on Disney+, Netflix’s, or Amazon prime you can find a movie for everyone.

You”ll save time with dozen of restaurants and convenient shopping and tourist attractions. We are just 15 miles from downtown to feel the local vibes. Make sure you go to Temple Square. Our city was built around the temple.

Our super soft bedding makes you relax and feel pampered.
