Beautiful Vacation Home in Champion (Seven Springs)

Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs. Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom. This home features 3 bedrooms (master with a king, second has a queen, and third bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, cozy fireplace, A/C, and a spacious deck. The home is set on two private acres surrounded by woods and a stream that runs through the back yard. Only a short drive to the resort.

The space:
Super cozy modern farmhouse, that gives you best that the Laurel Highlands has to offer. The house is on two acres of private secluded grounds that is all yours to use. Includes streaming services on all four TV's. Also, a new xbox gaming console for rainy days with the family. There is a separate private guest suite behind the garage with a brand new TV, with A/C and heat. Stainless steel propane grill on back deck with a propane outdoor fireplace. The back patio equipped with a new pergola, and a outdoor bluetooth speaker great for entertaining.

Entire home and property access, huge private parking for all cars.

Floating swing bench, outdoor sofas, and fireplace

Grill needs to be 6 feet away from structure of home on back deck.

There is a security camera outside to monitor the house for weather and security when it’s not in use.

Generally well maintained. There were some used towels leftover in upstairs bathroom.The vent was also quite dusty. Was very disappointed that the porch swing in the pictures was no longer there. Also, the fireplace as advertised did not work. The host did try to resolve this but was unable to do so while we were there. It is a pretty area and quiet.

Beautiful home, quiet street

We had a wonderfully experience. The house was very clean and newly updated. We rented the house to go skiing at Seven Springs which is only 17 min away, very easy drive. The only thing I do have to say is the third bedroom is in the garage, which can be a pro or a con for some. Would love to come back in the summer time to enjoy the outside because the back porch and yard is beautiful. Thanks again Joshua

Great weekend away!

Had a wonderful weekend getaway for skiing and snowboarding for our family of four. Check in process was seamless, home was beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean. The property sits on a very quiet road and only a short drive to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Host was very responsive. With a small family we didn't need the third bedroom, but as others have stated, be aware that it is detached from the main home. Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautifully renovated farmhouse

We rented this home for a quick weekend ski trip to seven springs and were very happy. Our family of 4 enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful and sparkling clean home. It is very modern and they really thought of everything - a smart thermostat, outlets near both sides of the bed (for easy charging!), full sized washer/dryer, a gas fireplace. The owner was very communicative and check-in/check-out was simple. It was exactly 14 minutes from the slopes and close to a little town with restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! One note that other reviewers shared: the 3rd bedroom is actually a finished garage detached from the house. My son stayed there one night but there is no access to the bathroom without going outside. No problem for us, but something to be aware of if you need 3 bedrooms all together.

Very convenient for ski resorts

It was a very clean and nice house, 15 min to seven springs or hidden valley. Only thing that would have been nice to know is third bedroom is not in main house. We would stay there again

Lovely home

The home was cozy, yet spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was fairly convenient to Seven Springs. I didn’t realize from the description that the third bedroom was separate from the main house and doesn’t have access to a bathroom. Overall, it was a peaceful, quiet stay. I’d definitely come again.

Hidden Gem!

We loved this house! We spent a long weekend here getting ready for our wedding. It’s tucked away off of a back ground. Close to everything yet still private. The front and back porch are very charming. I wish we had spent more time sitting out and enjoying the back deck during our stay.

Nice place for a get away

The house was lovely. I missed a reference to the 3rd bathroom as being attached to garage and having to go outside to get to it. It would not have been a big deal except there was snow and ice on walkway and stairs so it made it a little difficult going back and forth. Other than that we did have a lovely stay.

I’d buy the place if I could.

Great little house with excellent finishes. Deck and yard are awesome to hang out on all day. The offsuite is small but nice that it has a pull out and Murphy bed in there to add a couple extra guests. Nicest place I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Champion Cottage

The house is charming, centrally located in the region to enjoy state parks, Frank LloydWright tours, the United 93 Memorial and , of course, skiing in the winter. We had everything we needed and appreciated the quiet, rural setting.

Family Ski Trip

Great house less than 10 minutes from Seven Springs. Clean, comfortable, well equipped for adults & kids. We only stayed for 1 night but having the comforts of home while taking our kids on a quick ski trip made for a great time had by all! Josh was so easy to work with, kind, responsive and accommodating.

A very enjoyable Thanksgiving break at Joshua's house: it is in immaculate condition, very clean, and Josh is super-responsive. Our teenage daughters loved that they had their own little cabin-style room outside the main house. Recommended.

Beautiful House!

We stayed in Pennsylvania for our niece’s wedding this past weekend. This house was so beautiful, clean, spacious, and suited our needs perfectly! It had all the amenities: coffee maker, well appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms and a washer and dryer-very useful for the baby. Joshua was super helpful-we had a little problem with the front door lock sticking but it was resolved immediately. We highly recommend this house and we’d definitely stay here against!

Relaxing and beautiful

Beautiful home and beautiful property! Super relaxing! The air conditioning is amazing on the main floor, it does not work as well upstairs but the provided fans make it very comfortable.

Joshua was born and raised near Pleasant Hills, PA. Until 2016, he lives and works in Pittsburgh, PA. Today, though he still travels to visit family in Seven Springs and enjoys the tranquility and activities the area has to offer.

The Sister house, is such a peaceful and accommodating house on 2 acres of private secluded land that you have access to. The house gives you a rustic farmhouse feel with a great touch of modern to accent the charm. It truely is so peacefull it makes it hard to leave. All you truely need to pack is a bag, your vacation is turn key at the door. The location in the area is so close to many popular amenities. The back deck gathered around family and friends having your morning cup of coffee is the best. Also, enjoying family and friends in the beautiful remodeled kitchen. The back patio was just done this year, with all brand new outdoor furinture and a cozy floating tempur-pedicday bed.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Off the beat and path, but so close to all popular attractions of the area, espically Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The backyard has an awesome stream through it, the off suite third bedroom is peaceful for a mid-day nap or for children to hang out in, as there is also a game system and TV in there as well.
