We had a great time at this apartment. Location is excellent-right next to the beach and all the restaurants, shops night life. The property was pretty hard to find first since Google maps did not pick up the exact address.But we finally found the place and rest of the stay was perfect. Communication with Pablo was very time efficient and helpful Thank you for the great stay!

There was a minor plumbing issue in the bathroom. Pablo was there in 20 minutes. We discussed the issue and within 3 hours the plumber was there and fixed the problem. It does not get any better than that.

Paublo was Awesome. The pool was maintained beautifully. The mattress was like sleeping at home! The pricing was great. We will definitely stay here again if it's available on our schedule. We're simple, unpretentious travelers, but it's all that is described. Great stay!

Great place and location

The place was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and is conveniently located to the beach and to several restaurants. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Nice simple unit. Convenient location to the village and beach. Unit was clean and everything worked well. We only had one set of towels for two of us, no toilet paper or paper towels. How offered to bring some but we had already purchased.

Great studio very close to beach.

Apartment has everything we need. We used coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dish washer and cooktop. Walked to orient Village for restaurants and bars. Grocery as well. We could walk to orient beach but drove our car with our cooler. Apartment had blue ice packs in freezer that kept our drinks cold all day. Communication with Pablo was great. The self check is easy, make sure you get the code before you arrive. WiFi was very fast too.

Disgusting sewer smell

The VRBO mobile app doesn't give the entry key code. We contacted the owner and he failed to give us the code! We waited with groceries in the heat for 2 hours before he gave us the code to get in! Inside, the bedroom floor was filthy with sand and the floor is unfinished plywood with duct tape on the cut corners. (I got a large sliver one night when getting into bed). But the SEWER SMELL, coming from under the bedroom floor was HORRIBLE. Either there's a damaged line or improper installation. I'm sorry, but it was our worst rental experience, ever.

Absolutely perfect space for 1-2 people. The walk to the beach was maybe 3-5 minutes, a short walk to Orient village with a lot of restaurants, grocery store and shops. Pablo was very responsive to messages. Definitely would stay again.

This place is amazing, my wife and I stayed for our anniversary. The house is ideally located in the best part of Saint Martin. This location is a gated community, (incredibly safe) and the whole community is within walking distance, so you never need to leave. Local stores and cafe’s are perfect and the service at restaurants was spectacular. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. The loft is located in a beautiful, welcoming French community. We will definitely stay here again.
