Perfect Getaway.

The property was clean and in good shape. It was a great location with a good view of the beach with easy access. Excellent restaurants, activity's and shopping are very nearby.

This property has beautiful views of the beach in Miramar Beach. Everything was great and the family enjoyed the property.

Nice, clean, and modern beachfront property with easy access to the beach. Room includes 1 set of umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach. Fully stocked kitchen amenities. Heavy, sound-dampening sliding doors significantly muffle the loud chorus of frogs in the evening. Only issues we had were that the elevator closest to our room was down all week and the gym was closed. Luckily, this unit is only on the second floor. Would highly recommend if looking to get away to a spot where you want to relax with lots of beach time.

Wonderful location

It's only one floor up, view was wonderful, deck on the back side we were able to sit out all the time. Very clean and organized. Will definitely use again!

Fall break 2022

Great location with amazing view from the balcony. Also love how close the unit is from the walkway to the beach. The only issue I had was the sliding door to balcony was hard for me to operate, had to get my son with more strength to work it.

Nice clean condo - well stocked kitchen

The condo was nice but not enough handicapped parking. Manager was nice enough to let us park in private parking space near our condo and display our handicap tag at all times - otherwise we would have had to park under the tennis court down the hill from our condo.

Easy to do for person who is computer savvy. For a novice computer user it would present challenges.

Hidden Treasure

This condo was perfect in every way! Great location, well equipped, comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again! The only thing wrong was our two screens on the sliding doors were broken. Ocean Reef Mgmt company responded quickly saying they could remove them but we chose to leave them on so we could have the doors open still. We made do. The sofa could use updating - the cushions are wearing and losing their shape on one end and the pull out sofa mattress is not in great shape. A new mattress or foam mattress topper would help. We will definitely stay here again! Our trip was perfect.

Wonderful condo

This is a well equipped and clean condo. Great location. Modern and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Views are amazing of the beach. 4 captains chairs on the balcony were great! The walk to the beach is quick. Second floor gives you a good view. The elevator was good and you didn't have to wait long, but the stairs were right there as well and easy to walk up to the second floor. Kitchen has both traditional coffee maker and Keurig (would have been nice if the description on VRBO included that... but that is why I am sharing here). Condo was ready early and they sent me a text to let me know we could get in early. Great vacation, would definitely rent again! Don't be dissuaded but the lack of reviews... this place is great!

Beach Delight

The Beach and a set of Complimentary Beach Chairs/Umbrella plus the location make this property a Five Star. Mainsail is an older property (probably 40 years old) so when you first arrive you may think it is dated. However once you spend time on the Beach in those Complimentary Beach Chairs and relax you will be glad you chose this Condo and Mainsail. Once your book, everything is so easy—check in/checkout, and all communications went smooth. The property has two boardwalks to the beach that do not have any steps making it easy for people with disabilities to get to the beach. Mainsail 125 is not fully accessible due to the property’s age but if you have limited mobility you should be fine. Remember Beach and Complementary Beach Chairs makes this 5Stars. Enjoy the Beach and your Vacation—We will book here again

The ocean and beach were amazing!

We experienced several problems on our stay and Ocean Reef didn’t care much to help us. The cable and internet was out for several days. The building was being painted so we heard loud drilling and noises all the time. Dryer stopped working but husband was able to fix that. The vents were painted shut from workers. Sheets were not clean-found hair, a plastic clothing tag and other things in the sheets Gross! Kitchen had everything you’d need. Furniture and beds were old but comfortable Views were pretty. We would not go back here, especially for the price we paid and service we got!

Beautiful place

Loved the views from the condo. Beautifully decorated. Close to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you’re wanting or it’s on the quite side if you’re at the condo.
