Addy was an exceptional host from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, check-in was completely seamless, and the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The Emerald Bungalow in Fallbrook is a magical property. It is well equipped to have a very relaxing stay and Addy was the PERFECT host! The grounds are very well cared for and is has a pool on the property that makes it difficult to leave to go out and explore the area. It's just so peaceful and zen...we absolutely Loved our stay.The Wi-Fi worked well in the home and out by the pool and although it was quite warm during our stay, the home had very good air conditioning which made it very comfortable.I cannot say enough about how fantastic Addy was as a host. It seemed like I had questions for him every day. I must have drove him crazy but he always responded within a minute or two and was always so kind!! I only wish I had this type of experience every time I rented a home on VRBO. Addy was the best!!

Awesome stay!

Addy’s property was amazing! Very beautiful and well taken care of inside and out! Addy was super helpful even before check-in and while we were stay on property! Would highly recommend staying here!

This place is amazing and the host Addy is so kind. We will definitely be going back to the emerald bungalow . The property is absolutely amazing and the beds are luxurious and comfortable.

Emerald Bungalow Vacation home

Our family enjoyed our stay at Emerald Bungalow. The view is beautiful. Enjoyed the trails on the property and loved the pool. Our host was very accommodating. He replied back right a way when we had questions. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Secluded wonderful property

The outdoor area was wonderful. Pool and paths to wonder on, totally relaxing environment . Trails to hike, one mile from the house.

Great balance of privacy and accessibility

Property was great, good shape, described right. We were just two minutes from town, but had total privacy from neighbors, so it felt like a great escape.

great place for a reunion of friends

Our group of seven friends had our reunion at the Emerald Bungalow for a second time because this place is perfect for our group. We especially appreciated Addy's quick and helpful responses to our questions along the way (heating the pool in advance of our stay, checking in a little early, replacing the firepit propane tank). We'll certainly come back for another reunion.

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing home. I felt like I was on a set of the Mad Men. The home was beautiful, the grounds were stunning. The beds were comfortable. We had the best time and loved waking in the morning and taking a walk and exploring all the plants. Just so beautiful. Our last night we got to watch a mamma raccoon and her 4 babies walk around the pool. Just so cool.

Family get together with our Marine

It was perfect. Beds were very comfy and lots of room for everyone. The pool and bbq area were exactly what we were hoping for. The proprty feels secluded and allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Was also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The gift basket was a wonderful touch with a nice bottle of wine. We will be back!

Almost Paradise

Beautiful...absolutely beautiful landscaping all around this property and a pretty great view, too. The hosts were super responsive and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside were the daily parades of heavy military helicopters overhead that disrupted our peace. Otherwise, we highly recommend this home for its great pool and deck area, seclusion, and spaciousness.

This property is stunning!

The pictures are beautiful but this property is even better in person. Addy was great to work with, I would rent this property again in a heart beat! He made sure to check in before we arrived to see how we would like the pool temperature and if we would need anything additional. Very easy to work with and extremely considerate. Great experience all around!

Loved This Oasis!

Such a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very helpful and responsive. The home and grounds were beautiful. If you're going during cooler temps, just note there is a $125 pool heating fee. Also, we thought the twin-bed room had two beds, but it's only one (unless we missed a trundle). Regardless, it was a wonderful stay and would HIGHLY recommend!

It was a a wonderful family vacation. On drawback was the difficulty of using the bath in the master suite. It was not comfortable and dangerous to those over eighty.

Beautiful views, comfort and room for everyone in the pool

The home and property was perfect for our extended family to stay together in one place. The main part of the home is all in one level, after a flight of outside stairs from the parking area. The office, in the downstairs of the home, is reached by a flight of interior stairs. The guest house is located downstairs from the home, level with the parking area and has access to an outside bathroom a short distance by climbing upstairs towards the main house. Beds were comfortable and we would return again. The pool was a highlight!!

Stunning property. Home away from home.

The stunning beauty of this property exceeded our expectations. We came here for a family holiday and used the property as a home base while touring California. While the attractions were fun, the real entertainment was this property. Equipped with everything we could need, it was well stocked with amenities, utensils, basic toiletries, kids items, plenty seating and toys/games that us and our kids took advantage of on cooler days. But beyond that, just to admire and explore these beautiful grounds was incredible.The host went above and beyond and was exceptional in their communication and took care of any need. Even to the point of checking the weather prior to our stay and inquiring if we’d still like the pool heated on the rainy days (how thoughtful!). And on that note: we absolutely loved every minute we had in the pool!Thank you for hosting our family here for the week. We feel very grateful for the memories we were able to create here!

A Dream Wedding Week Retreat - Almost Perfect!

I had the joy of hosting my bridal party at this mesmerizing VRBO property for our wedding week. The experience was exceptional, though I'd like to share a couple of minor points. The property's allure is undeniable, with breathtaking views and an enchanting atmosphere that made our celebrations magical. However, the guesthouse had some dustiness upon arrival, and lacking a bathroom was slightly inconvenient. A quick pre-guest cleaning and considering bathroom facilities would enhance the stay. Considering our party of ten, a few more bath towels would have elevated comfort. Each guest having two towels would be wonderful. Lastly, the sliding doors in the main house were a bit tricky, causing some amusing struggles. This could be improved for future guests. Despite these tiny hiccups, our stay was captivating. I'd rate the property a 9/10 for its beauty and ambiance. With minor adjustments, it could easily be perfect. I'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone seeking an enchanting escape.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and get ready for such my daughters wedding in Fallbrook. Everything was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!
