Is great for winter/spring, not as good in summer just because it’s too hot to use hot tub and/or fire pit. Gets a little hot sleeping upstairs but other than that, great experience.

This visit happened during one of the hottest weeks of the year, and while extreme temperatures can make any upstairs space warmer, we do provide an extra air conditioning unit upstairs for guest comfort. We had a really great time staying here while we explored the Hot Springs area. It was myself, wife, and two sons. The house had more than enough room and the house was really nice. We really enjoyed staying there and would recommend this place.

This was the perfect house for our getaway weekend. My family enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

Highly recommend staying here! Host was very helpful with recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property, secluded but 10 minutes from town. I have nothing negative to mention other than storage for clothes was minimal but we made due just fine we would love to stay again sometime!

We had a terrific trip to Hot Springs, and this property was the perfect fit for our family of five. A few highlights we especially appreciated:-The house was generously stocked with essentials like shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent.-There was plenty of outdoor space for our kids to play and explore.-The hot tub was a great way to unwind in the evenings after a fun day.-Our kids loved having their own spaces, with multiple sleeping arrangements to choose from.-The surrounding area felt safe and welcoming.-The location was excellent, minutes from attractions, and with no traffic.-Unlike some rentals, the house didn’t feel sterile, it felt like home.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we’re back in the area!

The property and house was amazing. We enjoyed the privacy and wildlife that could be seen from the deck while having morning coffee. The Hot tub was very clean and nice to relax in after a long day of hiking. The host was very responsive and all details were clear on how to access the property. It is a great place if you want privacy at night but you're only a 10 minute drive from downtown. Thank you so much.
