Family Vacation

This is our favorite vacation place. Having access to the pool right outside the condo is amazing. Being able to use the Westin is a great perk.

Amazing stay in Hilton Head Island!

Everything was perfect. John was a very responsive host and the Westin property was top notch. Golf, pool and tennis included was a fantastic perk. Great location and loved being right by the Ocean Palms pool! Would definitely book this property again!

Beautiful place in a great location!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Palms. The Villa had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The amenities which included golf and tennis was greatly appreciated! The owner was very responsive making the process easy. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants to have an awesome vacation!

John was so easy to work with and the unit is immaculate. The unit is spacious with 3 big bedrooms and 3 baths. The pool is right outside the door. The facilities at the Westin which are included with the stay are amazing. We used the pools and spa. We are not golfers so we did not take advantage of the one round of golf per person each day of the stay. The course looks beautiful. We are already planning our next stay. Highly recommend!

This unit was clean, well stocked and very convenient. We have vacationed in HH for 25 years and always stayed in Sea Pines. The Port Royal area is lovely and the use of the Westin facilities is a real plus. The walk to the beach is pleasant - although we took the shuttle most of the time because it came so quickly! We have stayed in two other units at Ocean Palms and this one was definitely in the best condition. Most importantly, the owner was awesome to deal with. We found John to be very accommodating and he seems to truly care if his guests have a good experience. We certainly did!

Great experience

I have stayed in a few VRBOs and I have to say this was one of the best. No surprises. John provided us with suggestions on places to eat and do. The convenience of walking to tennis courts and even to Westin was nice. However when loaded down with stuff for the beach the shuttle was very handy and reliable. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. We had 3 couples staying with plenty of privacy. Thank you so much. If we head back to HH, I will be contacting you again.

Hated to leave

This place is the best!! The owners are wonderful to work with and the unit is top notch. Location is perfect. Use of the Westin facilities is a huge plus and the golf package is great. Westin and golf are both 2 minutes away. You cannot go wrong staying in this unit!! If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

The perfect place to stay in Hilton Head!

We love Ocean Palms because it is roomy and quiet, but still offers full access to all the amenities at the Westin. We especially loved this condo because it is so close to the pool and offers a balcony that opens for easy access to the outdoor grill and pool deck. The bedrooms are spacious and our family loved that each one had their own bathroom. We had some difficulties with the wifi when we arrived, but guest services offered solutions right away. We also noticed the AC was not cooling down the unit, so they sent someone out to look at it immediately. They even offered us another unit to sleep in, if it was too warm for us. It was determined that the AC until needed replaced but they were very careful to work around our schedule so that the repairs did not interfere with our day. Their customer service is better than anywhere we have ever stayed. The owners are also super friendly and were very helpful to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location, access to the Westin resort was a big plus... nice beach, pool, golf with cart only fee and facilities. Owners todo and hints was very helpful. Would go back again.

Located in a great place near golf courses and shopping.

The home was very clean and very adequately stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. The Westin was also available to help with any of our needs. The Free Golf was also s huge plus. The scenery was beautiful and the weather was cooperative. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We have been going to HH for vacation since the kids were little, and are now that we are grandparents we are continuing the tradition. We obviously need more room now and this unit fits the bill beautifully! The community pool is so close we can keep an eye on the kids if we go inside for a bit, and fixing lunch is a breeze. The use of the Westin Resort facilities are included, so there are five pools, the beach, restaurants, and workout facilities a five minute shuttle ride away. The reduced rate on the three Port Royal Golf courses makes golf even more fun to play. Sometimes we play in the evenings to avoid the heat, and completing 18 is no problem at all. The unit itself is spacious, clean, up to date, and well stocked. John, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with and everything always goes smoothly (we have stayed there here twice). All in all, a wonderful experience we will be doing again.

Perfect HHI Vacation

We have been traveling to HHI for a number of years and had not yet discovered this wonderful paradise on the Island. The accommodations at Ocean Palms exceeded the wonderful description in so many ways. The condo is beautiful and spacious, the view of the pool area is exceptional, and the access to all amenities of the Westin is amazing. John, the owner, communicated with us before, during, and after to be sure all aspects were perfect for our family vacation. The tremendously reduced golf fees were also a welcomed bonus. We so enjoyed this rental and its location and highly recommend it to all. Louis and Donna

Hilton Head Vacation at OceanPalms

We had been to HH for several years prior to this vacation. By far the Ocean Palms facilities were the best we have had. Everything was there that we needed. Everyone at the Westin was very helpful and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. Golf fees were good for condo residents although we were somewhat limited to where we could play because of hurricane Matthew. We did get our four rounds of golf in . Many good restaurants nearby.

Great time at Ocean Palms

We have been coming to HHI for over 20 years and this condo was one of the nicer places we have stayed. The accommodations were perfect for our group and the furnishings were virtually new as the condo was recently updated, including new kitchen cabinets and counters. Access to the pool was right out the back door. Being a second floor unit there were a fair amount of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for anyone in our party. Beach access was a short bike ride or walk away. The free golf was a great added bonus. John was very easy to deal with and we would definitely stay here again.

Ocean Palms Villa

We had a wonderful family vacation in Hilton Head! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit our family. John was a great help recommending things to do, restaurants, and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. At the last minute, the Westin decided to renovate the condo, and John worked with the Westin to make sure our vacation was not interrupted. He went above and beyond and we truly appreciate it. We had a wonderful vacation which included many bike rides, tennis, golf, swimming, and amazing seafood.

Great condo and location

This condo was in a great location. It was clean and well kept. John was also very detailed and thorough to work with. His follow-up was excellent which we appreciated very much. He gave us several recommendations for places to visit and eat. We very much appreciated the recommendations, especially since this was our first trip to the island. About the condo/island...The Westin pool is right outside the condo and the beach is close as well. We enjoyed our time in Hilton Head. It was a great family vacation. The island seems to cater to families, especially ones with young children like us! There is so much to do for families like swimming, biking, pirate cruises (for the little ones), face painting, and children's concerts. The kids had a blast. We can't wait to return!
