New flat screen TV's with streaming apps, granite countertops, cable, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, and remote controlled ceiling fans. Master bed features memory foam, adjustable, king bed. Second room has 2 twin beds with memory foam covers. Queen-sized Aerobed air mattress and bedding available. Great community for all ages with many amenities to choose from: Tiki Bar, restaurant, nine hole golf course, tennis, four swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and other activities!

Ocean Village Vacation

This is a very nicely decorated, fully equipped and very well maintained condo in beautiful Ocean Village. The location of this unit is so convenient to the beach and to the main pool, Tiki Hut and Restaurant. We try to visit Ocean Village twice a year and will definitely be staying in this unit again if it’s available at our vacation time. Kristina, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. Perfect Location

This condo is steps from the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The mattress is very comfortable for a restful sleep. Kristina is very easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would rent it again. Thank you Kristina!

Winter Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo and the village community! Location was great, close to beach, pools, restaurant, and activities. Enjoyed watching golfers on the eighth hole! Condo was very well stocked with essentials. Kristina and Bradford were very responsive to any question or need we had! The master bath shower had 2 shower heads (one was a handheld). The handheld unit was cracked so we let Kristina know for future guests as we didn’t need to use it, but Bradford came the next day and replaced the unit! Wish we were still there versus back in the cold! Would certainly stay again!!

Family Christmas

We are very familiar with Ocean Village and have been staying there for 20 years. The family has grown and this was the first time we needed extra space. This unit fit the bill. Great unit with really comfortable beds, it was clean and such a great location in the complex. We would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Worst VRBO experience ever!!

Blamed us for curtain falling that was not secure. Blamed us for using ‘owners closet’ which was not labeled, or locked and contained linen. After a miscommunication, owner would not allow us to retrieve our bags and held them hostage in the unit. Owners called police to try and make us leave and keep our stuff. Officer instead allowed us to retrieve our bags. These owners will make up grievances, we where not perfect guests, but we certainly cleaned up after ourselves and respected their place. I would strongly advise against renting from these owners. They are toxic.

Great hosts/great place!

Beautiful place with lots of extras! There was plenty of silverware, sharp knives, refrigerator bowls, pads of paper with pens, cookie sheets… Just an overall great amount of kitchen extras that we haven’t found at other places. They even provided sunscreen…… Nice to have a clean, homey vacation rental.

Most important for me is Location.

The gated community made me feel safe to attend all the amenities this property had to offer. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate my family and guest. I would definitely come back for another stay, but would love to omit the pasty bug bites!

Wonderful stay at Ocean Village

We had a GREAT vacation. The rental was exactly as shown (beautiful) and the owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Beds were very comfortable, condo was stylish, spacious and well appointed. Perfect location to walk to every Ocean Village had to offer & is the perfect place to vacation with a family (of all ages). We can’t say enough!

This is a "top shelf" property , beautifully decorated and featuring all- new everything! We loved the cooks kitchen, and the master bedroom king bed that is so comfortable. Thanks to the owners for providing such a relaxing vacation environment.
