This condo is amazing, King Bed in Suite with a private balcony! Modern and contemporary, this 1 Bedroom beachfront condo sleeps4 and is located in an ultra-modern building. Located in Myrtle Beach and in the Ocean One Resort, this is one of the newest buildings in Myrtle Beach with ultra-modern decorations. It also has a pullout couch that is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Overall of condo

Walls have many scrub marks and nicks. We forwarded photos so that we wouldn’t be liable. Was told it would be in passed along to the management. Other than that we loved the location right on the beach. The photos shown are exactly the way we found it. We could walk to the boardwalk and there were restaurants within walking distance.

Just Ok for the price

The room was as pictured however, once we got checked in we saw it needed a lot of updates, ie: rusty hinges, rusty lamps, rusty vents, needs touch up paint all over, bed frame was broken (which they fixed promptly) kitchen cabinets were peeling. The condo was south of the boardwalk, which was less busy for this time frame, however, we were not happy with the lack of amenities offered. There was no poolside bathroom so we had to go all the way up to the our room on the 18th floor to use the bathroom anytime we needed. I know this has more to do with timeframe than the resort but the amount of inconsiderate people was disappointing, there were lots of recreational smoking (pot) in the neighboring room as well as on the balcony and the smell would penetrate our room. However- views were beautiful, beaches weee nice and not crowded, and it was close to a lot of different attractions ( golfing, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants)

Have stayed in same hotel down the beach for past 4 yrs. First-time user of Vrbo. This unit was a great introduction. It was just as advertised and described. A very minor issue was taken care of quickly. All questions and concerns were addressed speedily and respectfully. The unit was quiet, clean and a great beach vacation.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
