Luxury mountain home 6800 ft.² huge private theater with golf simulator Five bedrooms all with private bath 3 decks with Mountain Views. 2 full kitchens. 20 minute drive to Park city ski resort. Unlimited hiking and biking trails right out the front door. Fly fishing on Provo river 25 minute drive. There is an extra kitchen downstairs.

The Brothers of The Slopes

Excellent property! However, there was no mention of a required handicap to use the golf simulator therefore we were denied access. This is a smart house & lights would turn on at various times during our stay. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Location & Amenities

We loved staying at Phil's home. It is a gated community so the security was fantastic, the home was large and spacious enough to accommodate our family, and the hot tub, pool table, theater, and golf simulator were all hits.

Room for Everyone

Great House! 9 adults stayed here in March. The house is huge. 5 bedrooms with individual baths. TV's in everyroom. Plenty of towels. 2 sets of washer/dryers 2 Kitchens (1 upstairs 1 downstairs) and plenty of dishes, cups silverware. House well stocked with the extras- oils, aluminum foil, laundry detergent etc. Hot tub, pool table and full movie theater seating. Plus 3 sitting areas for everyone to have space!!! Location great - easy to get to Park City or over to jump on the highway to Alta, Solitude. Owner communicative and prompt to reply. Loved it! Great house. Would definitely rent again

Excellent property, great location, minor glitches

Through no fault of the owner, the massive amounts of snow made it difficult to enjoy all the amenities like the hot tub and grill. I think a few things could have been addressed since the weather was known but overall we would definitely come back and it really was a beautiful home.

Highest recommendation

This is an amazing property in the Promontory gated community with awesome views of the ski resorts and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. We came to ski and it is about 20 minutes to either Canyons or Park City base. The house is loaded with features. We particularly enjoyed the soundproof theater room with super comfy seating and even blankets for everyone. Phil, the owner, provides exquisite details of how to work all the tech in the house and the house is filled with incredible technology. There are remotes that control every aspect of the house from entertainment to lighting to lowering the blinds. There are six gas fireplaces that put out a great amount of heat. The heated floors throughout are a feature that can’t be underestimated—they make the house so warm and comfy. Downstairs kitchen is a huge feature as we prepared breakfast there every morning. There are two steam showers that legit function quite well. Very tall ceilings and doors. A great mudroom next to the roomy two car garage. The hot tub right next to the snowy backyard! We dipped in the tub and then ran through four feet of snow and back to the hot tub. Two sets of washers and dryers. Three kinds of espresso/coffee makers. This place is a true high end luxury experience. Can’t say a negative word about the house or the experience!

Beautiful house and Amenities

We had a great stay at Phils property, it was well equipped and had everything we needed. Minor issue with construction going on during our stay during Sundance, so most days we had to leave the property it was so loud it went from 7.30am-4.30pm M-F. I think guests should be aware of this. Otherwise it is a great home with lots to do.

Preciosa, muy amplia y bien equipada

Estuvimos la segunda semana de Enero, la casa está comodisima, las recámaras muy bien con camas muy cómodas, los baños limpios y modernos con toallas ricas y suavecitas. En general toda la casa está de 10. No está cerca del pueblo como para ir caminando pero nosotros teníamos coche y así estás a 15 minutos. Yo volvería a rentar la casa sin pensarlo.
