Spacious Cabin on 1 Acre fenced lot in Happy Jack/Northern AZ

Located in Happy Jack, AZ - cooler climate just 2 hours northeast of Phoenix/Scottsdale.

This 2,000 sq. ft. is situated on heavily treed and fully fenced 1 acre lot which is ideal for kids and pets. There is small fenced off area for horses within the main fence. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in total with 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs, and 1 bedroom/loft and full master bath upstairs. All bedrooms have fans and there is A/C and central heating. In addition, the living room has electric fireplace. There are 2 TVs with Dish satellite, WiFi (wireless satellite internet), pool table, and board games. There is washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside, there is firepit and kids zipline. The big plus is 3 covered porches and plenty of outside seating for dining and relaxing. The large covered deck has gas grill and there is upstairs balcony with beautiful views. This cabin has everything you'll need, and then some - including Keurig coffee/tea system and regular coffee maker. Sleeps 10.

This property is within a few minutes of Blue Ridge Reservoir offering great fishing, boating, and swimming. Also, there are hiking and riding trails all around the area.

There are no amenities close by so make sure to bring supplies with you. There is small store and Clints Well gas station 15 miles away and Jack's place Stakehouse & Bar 17 miles away.

Wonderful Mountain Escape

Beautiful Property

We had a nice relaxing weekend at this beautiful house and property. The dogs loved having all the room to roam. Not one bad thing to say about it.

Family reunion

Wonderful property, clean and very comfortable. Toys and games for kids. Great fire pit with fire wood so we were able to have s’mores. Cabin had everything and more that we needed for a great, comfortable stay.

Great location and well maintained property

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Happy Jack. The property was well maintained inside and out. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. We enjoyed all of the outdoor seating areas and the hammocks where great. During the heat of the day it was nice to have air conditioning. It was a great place and we look forward to visiting again soon.

The BEST escape

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The fenced in property allowed our dogs to run around with zero worries, the place was cozy and clean, and the neighborhood/location was unmatched. We will be back - and we are already looking forward to it.

Spring Break getaway

Have stayed here twice now and both times were lovely. It’s a nice secluded neighborhood with lots of peace and privacy. Teenagers still loved the zip line and large yard. Property owner is responsive and listing is spot on. Looking forward to staying again.

Our 2nd time staying here and it's wonderful

My entire family loves staying here! We've decided that we want to make this an annual getaway. There is plenty of room for everyone (6 adults, 2 children, 3 dogs) and it's incredibly quiet and relaxing. The dogs love having the entire property fenced in so they can be outside most of the day. The owners are terrific as well - great communication. I highly recommend!

Nice place but......

The property is beautiful, but the sleeping accommodations are not the best, the main bed down stairs does not have a spring box under the mattress so the bed sits very low to the floor, and the bed itself is to big for the room, leaving room for only one bedside table, and no where store your clothes. The upstairs bed is a bit odd, they have a queen size or smaller mattress in a Kingsize four post timber frame, so you need to craw over a log to get out of bed, and placed in a tight space with maybe 16" of space between the post and bed you need to squeeze thru, and again no side tables, and the light switch is on the opposite side of the room. if they removed the pool table upstairs they could make a better sleeping area.

Our new family favorite!

This couldn't have been more perfect for our family. Everything about the check in and check out process was so easy and we had great communication with the owner. The home has such a wonderful layout, inside and out, and we all had such an amazing time there! We're already looking forward to going back!

We love this property! This was our second trip and we will be back.

There was plenty of space for the 6 adults, 2 chlidren and dogs in our group. We could have fit about 3 or 4 more. The property has a pool table. grill, a fire pit and a zip line for the little ones. Rhere is a huge, fenced yard for the kids and dogs. The home is beautiful and spacious. Well worth the money.

Great property

Loved the cabin. It was the cleanest, best stocked cabin we have stayed at and we have rented many. It was great to let the dogs out in the fenced yard, knowing they can't wonder off. We will be back. Thanks.

Labor Day vacation

Arrived to a clean and stocked cabin settled on a nice piece of land with plenty of trees. Fire wood for the fire and propane to light the grill. Zip line and plenty of room to roam for the kids. Great experience and neighborhood.

Quiet and beautiful!

My family stayed here for a long weekend with a baby, toddler and 3 dogs. Everyone loved being outside and having it fenced was wonderful. The cabin was terrific and had every thing we needed to cook meals. The owner was great with communication and always responded quickly to any questions. Great experience. We will definitely be going back again.

Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city living!

Relaxing, room to spread out, and cozy! My family and friends enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The yard was huge! Love the little seating areas all around the property. The kids loved the zip line. The cabin had a stocked kitchen, along with cleaners, toiletries and linen. Loved all the different types of trees, birds and wildlife. Definitely a quiet place to relax, unplug, and just hear the sound of wind blowing through the trees. Our family loved the dinners and sipping coffee in the mornings on the patio. Had an amazing time and will definitely be renting here again.

Definitely going to return

Had a wonderful time. Grandchildren ages 6 and 9 had so much fun running around, zip line was a huge hit. Everything you could possibly need. Will return next summer if not sooner.
