You’re just steps from the Gitchi-Gami State Trail for biking and walking, close to scenic hiking trails, and only moments from Lake Superior, located just across Highway 61. Restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores in Beaver Bay are all just minutes away.



Inside, the home is small, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for relaxing after a full day of adventure. This was the perfect place for us to stay! We appreciated being able to have a long weekend vacation to stay with our dogs at a time the colors are optimal. It was very easy to travel around the North Shore both north and south. The amenities were great and make it a nice place to stay year round. We hope to be able to stay again!

We loved this VRBO! Beds were comfortable, all amenties we could have needed were provided and the location is perfect for access to many North Shore excursions. Would 10/10 recommend this for a family getaway at an affordable rate.

Great cabin and location

We’ve stayed here before and would stay here again. Great location by many state parks, comfortable beds, responsive host, has amenities we appreciate like a dishwasher and washer and dryer, and a cozy feel to the interior.

Perfect North Shore Base Camp

Amazing location just minutes away from great hikes, trails, waterfalls, rivers, the lake, and bars/restaurants. And it really feels like home - clean, comfortable, all the amenities you need for an incredible trip to the north shore.

Perfect Cabin

This was our second time staying at this cabin and it did nothing but improve. We will be looking to come back for a third stay. Great location and right off the main road.

This is our second time at this location. Great spot for access to the Superior Hiking Trail. Very comfortable and clean lodging and great managers to work with.
