Check-in was easy. Host was very accessible. The house was in a great location. The house could use some attention but nothing that really affected our stay.

House was spacious, neighborhood was quiet. Pool and hot tub was nice just not enough water when running the hot tub. Close to Walmart and other stores.

Great location

As far as clean, great neighborhood and location, excellent. Beds need some improvement as master and 2nd bedroom every time you moved, bed made loud noises. Wish we had a sheet pan. All other was good even washer, dryer and pool. Spa jets were not working, but pool felt really good with heat.

Ok, but needs updates and new pool company!

Check in was smooth, but pool was not working when we arrived and wasn’t addressed for 3 days. Had pool/spa issues every time company came to treat it on Tuesday. This was very frustrating as we were paying to heat pool/spa($350US for month)We also paid ($175US) to rent a gas grill, which did the trick but had definitely seen better days! Indoor and outdoor furniture is in serious need of upgrades. Couch has seen better days and 3 of the five beds were noisy and uncomfortable. Pool furniture was original to construction and was ripped and torn. Property management did bring us 3 new chairs after one of the original chairs fell apart. Overall, even with the above issues, the place was OK, but we will book elsewhere in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home Ron. Unfortunately, as we explained to you on several occasions our home has a combination pool and spa and the spa is not meant for continual use. Hence the issues with the flow to the pool. Our pool heater is fully functional and well maintained. May we suggest that you rent a home with a separate hot tub next time. The homeowner regularly updates and cares for their home. Any issues you had were addressed in a prompt and polite manor and I believe are due to a matter of personal taste. We wish you all the best in your future rentals and to the hosts!

Family trip

We didn’t actually stay at this house due to AC issues, we received a call that they were moving us to another house and I was completely fine with that. They were informative, quick with sending new house info. , let us check in earlier. The house was super clean neighborhood was quiet, pool was good although we didn’t get to use it as much as we’d like (being at theme parks all day) it was a great house! Wish I could write the review for that house specifically. Location close to Disney parks, stores, and restaurants. Great owners, great service! Will book with y’all again on the next trip to Disney!
