Questa spaziosa casa di 2600 mq si trova nella zona di Moonridge a Big Bear Lake, in California. È stato costruito nel 2005 e si trova nascosto sotto alberi di pino di 200 piedi, la casa è a meno di un miglio di distanza a piedi dal campo da golf e dalle stazioni sciistiche.

La casa è così completa che può ospitare qualsiasi tipo di individuo sia che si rilassi vicino al fuoco a legna o se si sceglie di intrattenere la casa è dotata di due TV HDMI da 50 pollici, due sistemi stereo audio surround, internet wireless, DVR e due confortevoli camere familiari.

Inoltre, la casa è completamente a prova di bambino con serrature su armadi e cancelli in tutto. Ha un bar completo, due frigoriferi full size, refrigeratore di vino e una vasca idromassaggio per otto persone sul ponte posteriore privato. Questa casa / cabina è un posto meraviglioso per una famiglia di dodici o meno o per chi cerca quella vacanza romantica. P.S Si prega di rivedere il calendario e assicurarsi che le date siano disponibili prima di informarsi !!Per quelle famiglie che hanno bisogno di più spazio, ho 2 camere da letto dall'altra parte della strada, anche questa casa NON È AMICA PER CANI, a causa di bambini con allergie.

Family Friendly

This cabin was very family friendly. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for family cooking and having a second fridge was nice addition an extended stay. All kitchen appliances and cookware were usable. The bedrooms nicely accommodated our extended family get-away with one room having a crib for the baby. The location of this cabin was perfect being a short walk from the zoo and coffee shop and a short drive to the ski resort. We enjoyed our stay!

Birthday getaway

We had a fantastic stay with plenty of room for my family. Really enjoyed the deck and grill. The master suite was fantastic with plenty of room for my oxygen equipment.

Great value

A very good house for a great value. Had plenty of space for our whole family. The kids loved their upstairs room, though it was quite warm during the day. The owner says he's fixing that soon, and at night it cooled off just fine. The kitchen is great. The living room and den were perfect areas for different groups to watch T.V. and hang out. The location is central to everything Big Bear. All the houses are packed in close together, but there's a unique charm to seeing all the different architectures. Also within easy walking distance to trails and the zoo. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and the value we got just can't be beat for a family our size.

Very good value property

For the price this cabin was a good stay. It is not as fancy as others we have stayed in, but that is also reflected in the price. Communication with the owner was excellent, he was always very prompt to respond. Had some trouble getting the door to lock when leaving but he was able to lock it remotely. The location was very quiet and the hot tub works well and was very clean. The downstairs beds were very comfortable. The cabin is advertised as air conditioned, but it’s only about half the house. It gets cool at night so not an issue for sleeping with open windows, but some rooms were warm during the day. Apart from the a/c, the only other thing was two or the three bathrooms have saloon doors vs full doors when connected to the bedroom, which can make privacy a little awkward when sharing the space with friends, but overall we would recommend this cabin if it fits your budget.

Annual family get away

We throughly enjoyed our selves, the large kitchen and dinning area was a significant perq that we didnt expect. It gave us the perfect space to gather and enjoy our company.

Cozy cabin with an exceptional owner

We had plenty of room to roam around as we brought our families together for a weekend full of skiing and snow. The kitchen was stocked with kitchen gadgets, bakeware, spices, and such. All the beds had comfortable mattresses and there were plenty of extra blankets. The owner, Gary, was quick to respond when I had a question, but he went above and beyond after we checked out. We somehow forgot our child's most precious baby blanket. I reached out to Gary and his cleaning crew found the blanket! It was wrapped up between the sheets of her bed and he got it back to us two days later. Thank you Gary!

Great place to have family to just unwind and enjoy the weekend.

We had a great stay this past weekend with my family. Easy check-in and check-out. Gary was very responsive. Maybe one thing I can suggest is that the light inside the baby room with the crib is very dim but maybe it’s made that way. But regardless, the place was clean, the temperature inside cabin is comfortable, and it’s close to other amenities. Overall, if you’re thinking of booking a getaway with your family, choose this place!

Great location, great host

We loved the location of the house as it was so convenient for our kids' first ski trip! Gary was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I'm giving the property a 4 star rating overall b/c of two reasons: 1. the attic room where our kids slept was really cold over our stay and it didn't seem like heat got up to that room. Thankfully there was a space heater but I wanted to flag it to Gary in case he didn't know. 2. the house isn't fully baby proofed like it said in the description. The baby gate is not attached at the top of the stairs and there's nothing at the bottom of the stairs. The fireplace was definitely baby proofed so that was good. The baby monitors are also not working and I even tried to change out batteries. With a few small adjustments, we would be happy to stay here again!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!

It was the best time making amazing memories for my kid and her friends! We were greeted by Randy the property manager who was kind enough to unload our Instacart delivery and put things in the fridge or freezer as we were going to be arriving later in the evening. The house was exactly as pictured and even better!! We needed nothing as everything was there. Communicating with the manager and owner was super amazing! The house was clean, cozy and had a great layout for our group of 13!! Everyone was able to have a place to sleep and everything was more than comfortable! The memories made while staying there will last everyone a lifetime!! We couldn't be more pleased with how everything went and would love to do it all again!!

Family of 5 - ski trip to Big Bear - clean and close by

Property was clean, well appointed and wonderfully close to skiing. Property manager was communicative and flexible with our requests. Please note that to use the hot tub, you’ll need to get specific instructions from the host, and then wait for the hot tub to heat up. Unfortunately, we missed the instructions (our fault) and only ended up getting access to the tub on the last of the few nights we stayed. We weren’t able to make use of it, because it took more than a couple of hours to heat. All in all, a great trip, and nice location. Would definitely return to the property.

Great Mountain Cabin

We were very happy with our stay. The location of the home was wonderful- close access to trails and a short drive downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. Even a high chair and booster seat! The owner is incredibly kind and responsive. The only reason I gave this 4/5 stars is because the house wasn’t as baby proof as stated in the listing. The gate around the fireplace was up. But the baby gate upstairs was broken. I believe they are in the process of repairing it. Overall great stay!

Not as Baby Proofed as expected

Overall the property was great, the babyproof in the title drew us in as we had our 1 year old with us, the crib and high chair were super convenient but the baby gate at the top of the stairs was broken, only a handful of outlets had covering and only two doors had handle covers. With babyproof in the title we were expecting a little more. Only other inconvenience is the upstairs bathroom. The shower would only be able to be used by a child as the ceiling over the shower can’t be more than 4ft high. Also the door situation is a Jack and Jill style with only one real door, the other side doesn’t fully close so if someone needs to use the restroom the occupants of the bedroom hear everything. The price, location and communication were all great, had we not had the expectations of more childproofing it would be a full 5 stars down the row.

Nice Family Birthday Stay

Property was very clean and spacious and it suited our family needs well. Location and the kitchen were great. The AC was a plus given the warm summer weather. Both the host and property manager were very nice. Only negatives were a non-functioning grill and very wrinkled rugs throughout the property which became tripping hazards. Also most of the beds were a bit firm. Overall we had a very nice stay

Spacious place for our group

Wow! What a great location! This was close to the zoo, the lake and all prime spots! We enjoyed the local pizza place maggios too. Great location if you have children and it was very affordable. The owner was exceptional at responding to inquiries prior to and during our stay! Top notch location.

Great house, great location

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough space for 4 adults and 4 kids without feeling at all crowded. The house was clean and had almost everything we needed and the location was very close to all the things we wanted to do. The only concern of ours was related to the babyproofing, which needed some updating/repairs. If you're bringing an adventurous little one with you, I would specifically mention it to Gary ahead of time to make sure everything is what you need it to be. Gary was very responsive to our questions, clear with the rules and expectations of us, and made the whole stay very smooth.

Great location - snow summit was so close

The house was big and had plenty of space for everyone. Two family rooms made it great for different activities and the hot tub was a great addition. Kitchen was amazing and had all cooking needs. Thanks Gary!! We will be back.
