My wife and I stayed at this property for one week over the Fourth of July. And yes, we would stay here again. The location is absolutely fantastic! We were located just a few feet away from Lake Huron and we enjoyed the birds and seagulls each morning. You are within a five minute drive to downtown but far enough out that you feel like you are in the country. There is plenty of parking at the end unit. There are more than enough kitchen utensils and the appliances were all in good working order. The television located in the living room worked perfectly and we were overall very happy with those things. There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and the bathroom was large enough for the the both of us. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the one bedroom that takes up space and is noisy, but we rarely used it.The unit was ready on time and was cleaned up pretty well. There are plenty of closets and hangers but no dressers to store your clothes. The property is in need of "refreshing". There is no identity or theme in the property, just a few pictures. The furniture is a hodge-podge of items including a couch, a coffee table and few chairs/tables with stools at the breakfast bar. Nothing matches and it appears these items were cobbled together quite quickly. A new paint job, a few minor repairs and a theme property (eg: bears, Mackinace Island, etc) with new furniture would make this one of the best properties in St. Ignace. Yes...we would stay here again!
