Gus - we've received a 3 from there being a separate entrance to the lower level? We apologize for this - but had you read the details about the property prior to booking, you would have read that. We very much disclose that to prevent things such as this. You were a very needy guest, but we did adhere to everyone of your issues. This is a very disappointing review that could have been avoided had you just read the actual description of the property. Hopefully you'll find better accommodations in your future.

Thank you very much for the review, Steve. We want our guests to be 100% satisfied so this is important feedback for us. This is our first review that isn't 5 stars, so we will make sure all items are corrected. But a few to note: We do not have the indoor fire place available for use during summer months. We have found that people turn it out, and blast the AC - so the indoor fireplace is available during fall and winter months only. The outdoor fire pit was in working order. But just to be sure, we did send our general contractor over to make sure - he confirmed it worked. This cabin is has trees on all sides, so bugs should be expected, I believe in the welcoming package we tell you to bring bug spray. We are also very aware of the upper deck lighting - we do have an electrician that is working to get those working again. In addition to all the issues, you were a very difficult guest to keep happy. I received multiple texts from you about issues that weren't issues at all. Rapid fire texts - one containing that there was "no water in the hot tub", which was then followed up with another text that "nevermind, my buddies are just messing with me." Another time you informed us that our propane was empty - which i informed you we had it filled the week prior and you disagreed with me. Another text was about a city wide power outage that you seemed to have blamed on us. I'm sorry you feel you paid too much for our property. We appreciate the feedback, and have yet to receive that from anyone else. We will take all of your concerns into consideration.
