Convenient location, our kids were able to be outside in a safe space during the rare times we were actually at the house. Good home base for early morning adventures to the river.

Very comfortable stay for our group of eight women. Plenty of space to hang out and relax together in the great room. Excellent location in town, walking distance to grocery store, gift shops, coffee shops, and bars.

It was a wonderful place to stay right down from local bars and steak houses. Kim also owns Kim’s kitchen, the food truck right out front and does amazing breakfast burritos.

What a great place to stay in Riggins. We had a large group there for a raft trip and every single one of us absolutely loved it there. Our host was also amazing, she will now be a friend for life!

Kim is great! House is very modern and updated. Great outdoor area! Really enjoyed the stay.

Great place

Super cute house, lots of room to hang out. We visited in winter so didn't get to use the nice patio and yard but looks like outside space would be awesome in spring or summer!

Great place!!

We had a great weekend in Riggins. This property was centrally located - we were able to walk where we wanted in town. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for our stay - everyone had a bed! 😁 very easy check-in procedure and check-out procedures were clearly posted and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful home great location

Very comfortable home well equipped plenty of room for all of us. Very easy check-in communication with the owner was amazing. Nice large kitchen very amazing deck to sit out on in the evening quiet and comfortable. Definitely would rent it again

Comfortable and Spacious Home

We had a group of 8 people for our trip and Kim’s home was very comfortable and we had lots of space. LOVED the big kitchen for cooking for our large group. Great location to walk down to the river every day.

Excellent stay in Riggins

The property is very conveniently located and is great for groups. The chef kitchen and plenty of seating make cooking very easy. The bedding is very comfortable, and very clean property. The large deck, plenty of off street parking, fenced yard and BBQ area are very nice amenities. Would highly recommend.

Booked home for a Girls weekend getaway, Home feels good to stay in and great for multiple women with 3 bathrooms. Host is amazing and her Cafe is the best breakfast ever.

3 days, 2 nights. Heavy rain cancelled our raft trip, so we spent more time in house than planned. The big kitchen with upgraded appliances was very impressive and made meal preparation easy.
