This house is perfect for a family or couples who want a relaxing stay on beautiful Lake Nottely. The home is roomy enough and has all of the amenities you would need. Downtown Blairsville is just a quick drive in where you have lots of dining options to choose from.

The property is spotless, quite, and we really enjoyed our visit. The kitchen is fully stocked. We really like the Bose speaker in the kitchen and the robes in the bathrooms were a nice touch. We'll be back!

The lake view from this property is amazing. It felt like being on a lake in Italy. View looks as pictured. Very much enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive.

Where to begin?? PERFECT is not a word i use often, but i do not hesitate to use it now. The view, the home, and LORD the way this place was supplied far surpassed anywhere i have ever stayed. First of all any message I sent to the host had a response within 15 or 20 minutes. This home was supplied with a rice steamer, instapot, immersion blender, Ninja food processor, a Weber grill with 3 full tanks and all utensils. A wine cooler, shakers, beautiful gorgeous martini glasses and wine glasses. A Keurig along with a coffee maker. Coffee pods and coffee and all sweeteners were there waiting for me in the morning. I guess my only complaint is I brought too much stuff and didn't need it. When I stay there again, and trust me I will be staying there again often, I realize all I need to bring are clothes and food. Kayaks, wakeboards, floats, a fire pit, you need nothing. And the furniture on the decks was right out of HGTV. When I say this place is absolutely immaculate and top-of-the-line trust me there is no exaggeration. Please do not hesitate. The last thing I want to add is to anybody that does stay there, please treat it with the respect deserves, because it deserves all of our respect Thank you Laura!!!! I already miss the view

We loved this lake cottage. The view from the porch was amazing. So relaxing to have coffee in the morning and wine at night! It is a great house for anyone who has teens and the host is super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time. There was so much to do between all the water toys and firepit. We had a great weekend. Bonus…. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property!

Lake Life!

Our family of 5 (with 2 teenagers) had a great time over Easter Weekend. It was lovely waking up to lake views every morning, hanging out at the dock during the day, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Great setting. Great location. Great views. Great house!

Very comfortable, more than satisfactory for our short term needs. Ample drawer and closet space. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Blairsville visiting family. Property owner, Laura, was wonderful to work with.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Everything you need is here. The location is beautiful and private...I bet it's wonderful in the summer when the lake level is higher!

Sweet Water Cabin

Had a FANTASTIC time. Can’t decide which was the best feature; the awesome view, the serene setting and location or the extreme hospitality of the host. She thought of everything. I hope to stay here again soon. It was the perfect escape.

Grandkids spring break

Visiting from Florida...our grandkids wanted to go to Blairsville oer their spring break. They all had a great time! Sweetwater Cottage offers all you need! Loved there was all kinds of cooking appliances/bake dishes/grill/air fryer ect!

Good Trip!

We had a great time here, and really enjoyed the lake and the view. We also enjoyed the paddle boards, and the plenty of board games they had. A previous review had stated something about the overall cleanliness of the place, and I was concerned. Unfortunately I would have to agree with that review, as the cleanliness of the place was subpar in my opinion. The communication with the host was great, and overall was a good trip!

Lovely home and view

We enjoyed this property fully. Beautiful home, great location and view. The water was a little low, but that is just due to time of year. Home was very clean and well stocked! Quick response from property manager when I had a question. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved it!!!!

This property was well appointed, clean and comfortable in every way! Laura is the best host too....we got terribly lost (gps sent us to some not so nice cabins) and Laura calmed me down and talked us through directions until we arrived. We had a wonderful stay and already talking about booking again!

Great View

Pure Joy! This lake/mountain view home was exactly what we were hoping for and then some. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the attention to detail and can’t thank you enough for sharing your lakefront home.

Absolutely Incredible

Our family just returned from an absolutely amazing week at the lake. This house is everything the listing says it is, and more! The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and the view is unmatched. Laura is incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

Could be our favorite!

This home and property is just wonderful. The location on the lake is great. 15 minute boat ride to the marina where were were able to rent a boat and dock right here at the property. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was so comfortable. View from the patio was unbelievable. Spent so much time out there. This certainly exceeded out expectations.

Wonderful Lake House

Was excited to spend a long weekend with family at the lake and this home did not disappoint!!! It was exactly how it was described! Beautiful home with breathtaking views of the lake on all levels. Easy instructions for checking in and out. The home was equipped with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. Definitely will be making a reservation again at this lake house. You will not be disappointed!!

Peaceful and quiet

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. We have 3 active boys and the paddle boards and kayaks kept them entertained most of the time. The house is located close to stores and restaurants. We saw lots of deer in a neighborhood close to the house. The house is clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The host is quick to reply and answered all questions promptly. I highly recommend!
