Beautiful cottage on beautiful Torch Lake; excellent swimming area; kayaks and paddle boards were a hit with the grand kids as was the pool room; a great week for the adults and children.

Property was very conveniently located. Beach/lake was great to swim out although at the bottom of quite a steep hill.. Also, must have four-wheel-drive vehicle to get in and out of driveway otherwise parking is up by the road. Although house sleep 12, the kitchen equipment is inadequate for that size group- we had eight people on had difficulty preparing meals. We really enjoyed our vacation on Torch Lake.

We had a wonderful time with our family. The lake was great for the grandkids to jump in from the dock. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Jeff did a great job with suggestions of things to do. The location on the lake was perfect with beautiful sunsets.

Our host Jeff was a great communicator. He called before we arrived and provided very clear guidance on the house’s amenities and recommendations for nearby stores and restaurants. All were very good. We were there during Apple season. King Orchards is great for apples as well as u-pick raspberries. The living area and kitchen are a spacious. Bedrooms are nice. The backyard has nice lawn leading down to the lake. We enjoyed the fire pit by the lake using wood Jeff provided and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night.

Lovely location on the lake, with kayaks and paddle boards provided for our use. And the owner was very helpful in area recommendations. Overall terrific and relaxing stay.

Great time on Torch Lake

Wonderful property with many amenities that appeal to young and old, alike. We enjoyed the location, which is convenient to many activities and attractions. The lake is spectacular and the sunsets were amazing!

Amazing family Vaca

We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again!

Great July 4th getaway

had a great time at this house perfect for 2 families with kids. Home was well maintained and owners were easy to communicate with. We look for to renting again soon.

This property has everything you need for a great getaway!

Very nice, clean property and good location. Provided a comfortable home base for our family on beautiful Torch Lake. The game room was plus!! Jeff is a great host and has an open line of communication. Would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful! My family & I had a fabulous week on Torch Lake. The house was comfortable for 12 guest. My only issue is the steps to the dock could use a railing for older guests. Thank you, Jeff!

Family at Torch Lake

The property was everything we could have wanted. Torch lake is clear and beautiful. The home was clean and comfortable. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this for a family weekend.

Wonderful property and home with an awesome location on the lake, great amenities (dock and dock chairs, fire pit, water toys, deck etc), and a functional layout for our extended family of 12. Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property with amazing sunsets. Very receptive and accommodating property manager. I recommend renting a pontoon boat so you can see all of Torch Lake.

This is a great house, fully equipped kitchen, ac works great and yard as well as dock are great!! The boat lift being available made docking so so easy!! What a great week we had!

Perfect Getaway

The property is beautiful and the views are stunning! We had everything we needed including activities for days the weather wasn’t as great! We had a great experience with the host who kept us well informed and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful house and excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The accommodations were excellent and the location could not have been better. Torch Lake is beautiful! We rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the water and at the sand bar on the south side of the lake. We walked the sand dunes, paddleboarded and kayaked. Great wineries and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great week at Torch Lake

House is at a great location on Torch Lake. Plenty of room in the house for our family of 6. Just a few minor things could be fixed like a cupboard door and the porch railing could be a little sturdier. But over all a great place!

Torch Lake Getaway

I found this excellent property on VRBO. It is a lovely house on the amazing Torch Lake. We were one of the first if not, the first guests for the season so they were gearing up for the summer. There was plenty of room and my interaction with the owner was exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation home to someone who needs a Torch Lake getaway !!!

It’s a little peace of paradise! My favorite spots at this beautiful Lakehouse are sitting on the deck enjoying the lake view in the morning and relaxing on the dock in the evening. This Lakehouse is perfect for our family of 8, including 2 grandsons. My grandsons love kayaking and we all love paddleboarding. In the evening, the game room is popular for playing pool. The owners are great about handling any questions we have. We are already counting down the days until next year’s trip back to Torch Lake!

Beautiful setting on Torch Lake and comfortably accommodated eight. House was well equipped and had nice add-ons with a fire pit, grill as well as kayaks. Need to be very careful on the driveway. It is gravel and very steep.

Best of the best!

Loved this property. Comfortable, roomy, perfectly equipped home with million dollar views of sparkling aquamarine Torch Lake. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning as well as glorious sunsets! Had fun playing pool in the game room and shopping in the sweet town of Alden during our one rainy day. Host is a wonderful person who provided very helpful intel on the area, from groceries to restaurants to boat rental (highly recommend Butch’s Tackle & Marine for boats and other water sports, tasty lunch items, and cute souvenirs). We ended up boating during the nice days so didn’t swim here, but I waded in and it’s an awesome rock and sand bottom with gentle depth increase. We were so happy staying and playing here!
