Overview
Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I is a luxury resort in the stunning Coachella Valley, a 400 acre property with views of the desert, mountains and golf course. Our spacious one bedroom villa is ideal for families, including a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/ dryer and even a welcome pack of supplies to get you started, such as dish soap, teas and coffees and toiletries. You will feel at home, with plenty of space for entertaining, dining space for your group and a comfortable living room to watch tv/dvds.
There is a separate living and sleeping areas and a private balcony/ patio. You will be pleased with the spaciousness of the villa, which is well appointed and luxurious.
The space
Stylish resort offers beautiful very large bedroom with king size bed, a large tub, and counter area with double sinks. A separate bathroom with single sink, toilet and large shower. A full kitchen, formal living and dining area, couch has pullout double bed, private balcony and private washer/dryer. Your unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, formal dining and living area with fireplace, big screen TV. All this is just steps to your lovely patio beside the lush lawns of one of the 36 J.W Marriott championship golf course freeways. Total 1375 square feet!

Activities are abundant here with seven outdoor pools, hot tubs and a gorgeous kid's pool. Play a round of golf, work out at the gym, play tennis or head to the Shade for a variety of kid and family activities. There is dining available at the Water's Edge Pool Bar & Grill and a shop, which offers Starbucks® coffee and essential items. It is also possible to visit the JW Marriott at the adjacent property which is within walking distance or via the complimentary shuttle bus, where you will find restaurants, bars and even a fun boat trip for the family.
Dip into one of the 7 luxurious swimming pools, or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include Championship Golf, 24-hour Fitness Centre, Spa and Tennis. This condominium resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services, and an arcade/game room.

Please be reminded that since this is a timeshare property, and not a hotel, daily housekeeping is additional and payable locally. Housekeeping is provided free of charge on check out and after seven days during a seven night stay or longer.
