Enjoy Paradise-"AQUATIKA" Beach Front-with POOLS!!

Welcome to paradise! Direct private beach access!!! Tastefully decorated with all the essentials you will need to feel at home. Enjoy amazing facilities which include 5 pools, 2 Jacuzzi, large hot tub, river pool, mini golf, basketball, tennis courts, volleyball, soccer nets (equipment provided), BBQ areas, green areas, playgrounds, 24 hours security and parking. Just 25 minute from San Juan Airport, come enjoy PR!

**Our cleaning staff need adequate time between guests to clean and service the unit. Inhibiting our ability to service the units will result in extra fees.

A $60 fee will be applied for non-compliance with checkout (10 am). A $60 fee plus an extra night charge will be applied for guests who check out after 11 am.

****NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND NOT EVEN ON THE BALCONY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 IF CONDO SMELLS LIKE SMOKE OF ANY KIND.

*When using the sofa bed please place all sofa pillows in pillow basket to the left of the sofa bed.

*Beach towels provided for guest. Beach towels are located in the basket at the entrance of the unit. Please do not use white towels for outside use. $25 fee for missing beach towels.

*Please remove excess garbage daily. Do not place garbage outside of unit entrance.

*Must follow all posted pool rules at all times.

*Treat our place like if it was their own, respecting our property and neighbors at all times.

*There is a one time administration fee of $12 per person for Aquatika guests id wrist bands that will be charged upon confirmation of reservation. Each guest will wear a wristband at all times and abide by the pool rules. The wristbands are provided at check-in. This is an administration charge, not set by host and it is non-refundable.

**Guests must provide all first and last names of persons in their party upon confirmation of reservation.. Only registered guests on this platform and provided to us may enter the complex. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates may enter the complex as it is very strict.

**There is a $100 key replacement fee per set lost.

**Please do not hang clothing, towels or anything else over the balcony.

*Must remove ALL personal items, dispose of all opened food/drink items, dispose of ALL garbage when checking out.

*You are required to follow Aquatika Condo Rules set by the association.

* a roll away bed is available upon request for reservations of 8 or more. If the roll away is requested for reservation under 8 there is a cost of $10 per night. The roll away must be requested.

*You are required to cover the cost of any fines imposed by the local government or association if you violate one of the rules.

Note:
We are not responsible for loss of power, water, WiFi or cable service during your stay due to natural occurrences or issues with utility companies. The host will not provide a refund for issues mentioned above which are out of the host's control.

Water slide and water activities only operate on the weekends.

Overall, a good stay. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. We also lucked out that he was in town visiting during our stay.The property was nice. We loved the pools. A few things to note. There was no hand soap in the apartment. One bathroom had hand sanitizer but no soap so we had to buy some. The kitchen had most of what we needed but did not have any kitchen towels or oven mitts so we ended up using the bathroom towels in the kitchen. Not a big deal, but would be nice to have oven mitts!Having a washer was great and it worked fine, but when it transitioned from the wash to the rinse cycle, it made a horrible loud noise and shook. Sounded like a rocket about to blast off. Probably should have that checked out!Two of the AC units were not working when we arrived, but the host was able to arrange to have them fixed in a timely manner.

Terrific Condominium in a Wonderful Development

My mom, brother, and I stayed for a few days during a quick trip to Puerto Rico to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday. We liked the condo's closeness to the airport, terrific beaches, El Yunque National Forest, and Laguna Grande--all of which were less than an hour away. The Aquatika Development had lots of pools, tennis courts, mini golf, and a decent beach of its own. (The owner provides mini-golf clubs and balls, tennis rackets, beach chairs, etc., to use while you're there.) The condominium itself was spacious with a nice deck and all the tools you need to cook meals, although with all the tasty food available you'll want to eat out most meals. Speaking of which, the owner also sent us a helpful list of restaurants, tourist sites, etc., he recommended. We ate at two of the restaurants he suggested, and they were both great.

Safe and comfortable stay in Loiza

The property was extremely safe and well maintained. The propery was clean and well taken care of. The kids loved the access to the small beach and multiple pools, a d even more so the domestic animals around the property to name. We would gladly stay again!

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at aquatika. The grounds are well kept with private beach access, numerous pools and a secure gated entrance. The location was perfect for what we wanted to explore while in PR for the first time. The condo has everything you need and groceries are easy to get. There is a well stocked convenience store outside the gate or if you have a car Walmart is an easy drive. The host was helpful from booking til the end. You will hear roosters crowing 24/7 so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice pools and little beach. Had to wear a wrist band the whole time to access property. No good food options in area but found plenty within 15 mins of condo. Clean/ could use paint in some areas. Host was good with communication communicate

Nice complex

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The host messaged us shortly before our stay to say that the furniture in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms had been swapped out. He did send pictures and the current listing reflects that. It wasn’t overly cozy, but functioned. The kitchen was well stocked with plates/cups/bowls, but there were no kitchen towels other than a white bath hand towel. We didn’t expect shampoo and such, but typically some hand soap is provided and we had to go out and purchase hand soap. Please note there is no dishwasher so it would have been nice to have extra kitchen towels. It would also be nice to have some extra hooks or places for storage - as others have mentioned the closets were full of supplies for young children, a cot and even a twin mattress. There were beach toys, putters and balls for mini golf.The complex has a lot to offer. The lazy river is fun but you need to have your own inner tube - the complex doesn’t provide them. The pool closest to the beach is heated. My kids loved the waterslide (only open on weekends). It’s a long property so for those less physically capable it is a long walk to get to the beach. The complex is very secure and you have to stop each time you enter for them to glance at your wristbands. I’m not sure if it was the host or the app, but we had a very difficult time finding the actual apartment number and couldn’t check in without it, but a quick phone call resolved that.

Excellent family stay

We were very impressed with the security when we arrived. When we arrived into the apartment it was very clean, loved the decor and furniture. Very comfy and perfect for the location. 3 bedrooms with 1 bed full, 2nd bedroom full bed with trundle underneath and master bedroom had the master bath. The table was perfect to host game night and eat dinner as a family. Apartment had a highchair for my granddaughter, plenty of games we used at the end of the night. We had a small issue with the AC in the 3rd bedroom however host resolved it immediately. Elias was an amazing host. Will use him again,

Winter vacation

Overall the experience was fair. The location of the property isn’t great as most excursions were a long drive away. Inside the property was very nice and safe. The property listing showed different furniture than what was actually included in the unit. For example, the living room sofa was not the same as the one shown in the description. This one was very narrow and hard. The owner informed me last minute, literally one week prior to the vacation about the furniture change but by that time most of the places were booked or super expensive and I spent hours to book the place prior to that as it’s the busy season during this time. I informed the owner of the uncomfortable furniture but they dismissed my concerns. Mosquitos also somehow made their way into the unit at night, causing us to be bitten in our sleep. The private beach was great otherwise.

A great spot!

We enjoyed the location of this condo, from the neighborhood convenience store to the local restaurants. The condo is very comfortably furnished and the enclosed porch is lovely. We found the VBRO website to be very frustrating for communication. It didn't work! The owner/host was very responsive and helpful connecting by text.

Pleasant property

This property was pleasant and has all the essentials we needed and then some - from pots & pans to games, pool toys, to extra blankets, trash bags, some essential seasonings, fully functional washer & dryer , etc. The pool area was nice & the beach was pleasant. It was secure & easy to check in & check out. I was pleased with the cleanliness to the point i left the property as i found it entirely to require only mopping & blanket washing upon check out, i even swept & washed towels as a token of my appreciation. My struggle with the property was the loss of power(with no storm) & loss of water. The power was out for most of the first day, well into the night; the groundsman advised this is common for the area to lose power and i had a family member that required machinery with electric overnight and i had just spent 500$ at walmart on food, so i found myself very concerned and didnt have the electric company information to find updates on the outage.. The water is off in the mornings commonly for about 2 hours i am assuming as they are cleaning the pools, it wasnt a major inconvenience as that occurs early- back on by 730 am. I did reach out to Elias twice when the power went out as i thought we may have tripped the breaker, the first time he promptly responded & advised of the outage. The second time it was about 10pm & i was hoping for an update on the outage - in which he didn't respond even the next day; i did question transparency with power with the medical need

Clean, fun, family friendly. Lots of different pools to choose from, nice beach as well. Good location close to the rainforest and also not too far to go into San Juan. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay!

Loved our stay here. It’s a centrally located spot, between San Juan and El Yunque/Fajardo. The complex is extremely secure and we loved all the pools and the private beach area. The jacuzzis weren’t working when we were there, not sure why, which was the only negative, but not Elias’ fault. It was a great situation for the 6 of us, and very affordable. If and when we return to PR, would absolutely stay here again. And yes, wear sandals to the pool, the concrete surrounding it is brutal on your feet! We figured it must be to keep kids from running and getting hurt. Loved the winding pool outside our balcony. The property and condo are very well maintained and it was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you!

The condo and complex at Aquatika were lovely! The beach at the end of the complex was clean and perfect for relaxing under the sunny sky and taking a swim. I would recommend to anyone visiting PR.

Family Get Away

Condo was centrally located for our needs. We felt safe with 24hr. security. We especially loved having the pools right outside our doorway and the private beach within walking distance. We highly recommend this condo and will stay again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Great family stay

Family of 6 with 4 adult boys- we had a great time. We were so glad to find the HOT jacuzzi. After hiking, walking, swimming, scuba or snorkeling during the day the hot tub was very enjoyable. It was so nice to use the cooler, beach towels and chairs that are provided.

Great time at Aquatika

We stayed for nine days at the Aquatika property that sleeps 10. Very clean. The property is nice and very safe. We had 9 people, 8 over the age of 18, so it was pretty tight, but manageable. There are 2 very small bathrooms, but even with that, we found the biggest problem with the property was the lack of places to put or hang things. There was one large dresser in the main bedroom and the other two bedrooms had closets that were at least halfway full with things stored for use at the property, ie: stroller, cot, port-a-crib, etc. Besides nightstands, there were not many options to put your things. At the very least it would be nice if there were shelves inside or outside of the closets and hooks for bath towels. The water functions in the pool only worked on Saturday and Sunday and there is only one hot tub. It’s quite a walk from the apartment to the water slide and hot tub and even further to the beach. We found it more enjoyable to drive to a beach because that way we could at least have all our things accessible from the car and not have to carry it half a mile. There are many places you can park along the road and the beach is right there! Elias was a great host. He gave us tons of information for restaurants and things to do. Puerto Rico was beautiful and we had a lovely time.

Our unit is fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home, enjoy a fun, relaxing and safe stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, cookware and all you will need to prepare meals. Dining area for lovely family dinners with plenty of seating. Living room area with plenty of comfortable seating where you may relax and enjoy watching TV, shows, movies via cable, Netflix and other platforms on a 50 inch flat screen TV. Relax and rest in one of the three comfortable and delicately decorated bedrooms where you can also enjoy a movie or watch your favorite sporting event. We provide a hair dryer, hair straightener, 3 beach coolers, 10 beach chairs and beach towels. Enjoy family table games including dominoes, Uno cards, playing cards and other fun games. There are smart TVs throughout the space, pools are shared and the 2 Jacuzzi are for adults only. Relax on the balcony with plenty of seating and table space to eat, read or get some work done. We also have a high chair and pack n play for our baby guests.
