The place and view was beautiful. Well maintained and stocked with all essentials. Had problems with getting through the guard post. We were not in the system. But the host corrected once we were able to contact her. Once we got to the condo, the elevator was not working. Had to make several trips to the second floor. The elevator stopped working several times during our stay. During checkout there was no carts available. Only saw one the first day. Some disappointment, but will book again. The condo is amazing!

Wonderful Condo with fantastic ocean front view, and view of the 18th green of Ocean Point Golf Course. We had a fabulous time staying at this stylish, roomy, and clean condo. It really was immaculate. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens and beach towels, and beach chairs. We have been to Fripp a few times and this has been our favorite place to stay. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing place

We have been coming to Fripp for years!! This was by far our favorite place yet. Beautiful inside and well equipped. The views from the porch were stunning.

Beautiful Condo with a View

We had a great stay as a family. The condo is very well maintained and well stocked with pots and pans and everything else you need to cook. The condo is homey and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a great stay!

Stunning Views

Waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the water was my favorite feature of this lovely condo. The furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. I can't wait to return!

Amazing waterfront condo

Absolutely loved the condo. The view from every room was absolutely gorgeous overlooking the ocean The private pool was so nice and having an elevator to get up and down was nice with luggage and coolers and chairs. I will definitely definitely stay there again in the future

I could gush on and on, but the title tells it all. Immediate decompression as soon as we arrived. We have stayed at lotsa places - this home is PERFECT! We cannot wait to return! Top notch all the way - from start to finish!

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view

This condo was perfect. They have everything you could possibly need. All the amenities of home. The property owner was so friendly and helpful with questions we had. The views are gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the dolphins play from our deck. The neighbor is nice and quiet which was a huge plus. I would definitely rent again!

Clean and pristine!

Beautiful, clean, and BETTER than the amazing pictures. The balcony view was stunning, day and night! I’ve never seen so many dolphins. The star gazing and ocean, WOW. So quiet at night. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would love to come back.

Perfect Fripp Getaway

This condo was beautiful and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Kathy is quick to respond to inquiries. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are so comfortable. The condo is a corner unit on the 2nd floor, ocean can be seen from all 3 bedrooms. We had 2 couples in our party and had plenty of room. And of course the view of the ocean from the balcony is perfection. We would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

Definitely worth it

Everything is better than advertised and the unit has a spectacular view. No complaints whatsoever. We saw pods of dolphins every day (less than 100 yards from our window). The only thing to be aware of is Fripp Island's rather dumb add-on policies/amenities fees, but that's true for every rental property on Fripp. We will likely be back to this unit. It (and the host) were excellent.

A Lovely Condo

We just spent a week in this condo, and it was wonderful. The only problem we had, and it wasn't the condo owner's fault, was that the elevator was not working the entire week of our stay. It was a difficult week for my mother-in-law, who is in her late 70s and has a hard time with stairs. We chose the condo specifically for that reason, because of the elevator. That was the only disappointment. We notified the owner and she responded right away. Unfortunately, the repair could not be made quickly because they were waiting for a part to come in. The condo itself is beautiful. It is located ocean-side, and is very well-appointed. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Kathy, for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Perfect Beach Weekend

Our family of 6 enjoyed a relaxing long weekend in this well maintained condo with a view! Booking and check-in was a breeze. The furnishings were comfortable and up to date (a must for the wife). The condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable on the beach. Beach towels and chairs made things convenient as we run out of room in the van to bring ours. We found ourselves discussing the utility of the beach chairs. They had everything we needed - built in zipper cooler on the back, another section to hold our snacks and a book, plus a cup holder, pouch to hold your phone and straps to wear it on your back. I know I am a bit long winded on the chairs, but little things do make a big difference! We enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the balcony as we looked over the water. Being a condo I didn’t expect much privacy on the balcony but the way this unit is positioned you can’t see anyone else. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating when we realized we left something important in the condo and had to come back to retrieve it. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy everything Fripp Island has to offer!

As advertised with exception of elevator

Overall the property itself was amazing. The condo was comfortable and welcoming, with great decor. Kitchen was well stocked with all we could want or need. We particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the water, with daily opportunities for dolphin watching throughout our week-long stay. We chose this particular property because one of the members of our group has mobility difficulties. The walk-in shower with the seat was a plus. There is no grab bar or other support aids though, just to be aware if this is something you need. Also, the elevator which was another attractive element for this property was unreliable. The floor the unit was on did not have a functioning button when we first arrived. We were told this was due to vandalism, but it took several days to fix. Even after this was fixed there were a few other times service was interrupted. Once during our stay another man was trapped and had to be extracted through the ceiling by the fire department when the elevator stalled. The electrician who came out later told us that the elevator was prone to malfunction and unreliable. Overall, the property is great and we enjoyed our time despite the issues with the elevator, but be cautious if you are reliant on this for mobility.

BEST on the Island

Wow!! Where do I start... I sort of don't want to tell everyone how wonderful this condo was because I want to be able to book it again!! BUT this view and accommodations MUST be shared. The ONLY complaint was the elevator... and unfortunately that was a must for us because we had two guests with knee issues. It definitely needs repairing. It was finicky. Sometimes it wanted to take you for a ride and sometimes it said "nope, not today..." or "Well I'm going to take you to another floor instead"... so we had to take the stairs a few times. The luggage cart is definitely a perk also but had flat tires so that needed repair too. NOTHING will keep us from coming back. That view... y'all... the osprey, pelicans, seagulls would fly right in from of the balcony and several times we saw them carrying fish. It was really cool. The beds were so amazing I truly didn't want to get up! The sunrises from the condo... wow!!! And the fact we didn't have to get out of our pajamas to see it was a huge plus. This was by far my favorite place to rent on Fripp Island, and I've stayed in many! Thank you for opening your lovely home and the manager/owner was wonderful!! I wish I could include pictures so you could see how beautiful everything was. Please trust me... it was breathtaking.
