The property was wonderful and provided a great location for our extended family reunion. The pool and hot tub were well used. Our grandchildren enjoyed riding the golf cart in to town. The kitchen was very well appointed which was helpful since we cook all of our meals. Being able to walk to the beach was a nice feature as well. The property was every bit as good as it looks. We all thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Family Vacation

The house provided plenty of space for our entire family - 8 adults and 6 young grandchildren. The pinball machine and golf cart were fun additions to the rental. We loved the assortment of beach, outdoor, and indoor games; beach chairs; and childrens books. Overall, a great experience.

Kitchen is very well stocked with dishware, glassware and silverware for 15+. Game room is fun for rain days and the third floor area was perfect for the kids. Lovely walk or golf cart ride to town. Great Summer Getaway

We had our whole family stay there recently. Our group was multiple children, parents and grandparents. We had a great time. Location is great. Close enough to town and beach. Golf cart was so great for easy town access. Bikes were also a nice feature. House was huge with a ton of bedrooms and space for everyone. Backyard was perfect with pool, jacuzzi, TV and fire pit. No complaints. We loved it and would stay again.

We LOVED the house! It has a beautiful & spacious kitchen & dining area that worked perfectly for meals w all our large extended family. Several game/play areas in the home that are well stocked w games and even some toys! Also, the garage had lots of beach gear that came in handy. Enough bedroom & bathroom space for our crew of 16 to function comfortably. Everything was awesome. Hope to stay here again the next time we come to South Haven

Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces

This home has a wonderful set up for large families. The outdoor space is spacious with two dining areas, pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered patio complete with a TV. Plenty of room inside as well. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked. This home is well thought out with large rooms and fun activity areas for all ages. You do not have lake views but you are a close walk, drive, bike ride or golf cart ride to everything Lake Michigan and South Haven has to offer.

Amazing vacation house!

Our group of friends and family (kids, teens, and adults) loved this house!! It was perfect for our group with many beds, especially the incredible third floor bunk room and living space which our teens loved. The outdoor space is top-notch, and it’s an easy walk to the closest beach. (It is down a relatively steep flight of stairs which was fine for our group but if you have anyone who struggles with stairs you would want to drive to the bigger public beach instead.) the house was extremely well-stocked with kitchen items, towels, seating, etc. We’ll definitely be back!

Generally nice house

Overall, a good house. Pool was terrific, big yard, well-appointed kitchen, loads of room. Grandkids loved the golf cart. There were some irritations. We went two hot nights without upstairs A/C before it was fixed. Back door to the pool wouldn’t close or lock properly. Grill ran out of propane our last night and the spare was empty, too.

Great Vacation House

We really had a great time staying at this property. It was exactly as advertised. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The outside pool and entertaining area was great. The kitchen was extremely well stocked to include things such as a crockpot, instant pot, rice cooker, and even a waffle maker. Access to the beach with excellent. The golf cart provided by the owners was an added bonus. The only issue we had during our stay with the golf cart had a flat tire. When we notified the owners, they had somebody come out and fix it that day. We were out and about later that evening in the golf cart.Highly recommend this place. We look forward to future vacations, hopefully in this house.

Excellent property

We stayed in this South Haven home for a week long extended family reunion. It has a great yard with lots of seating for meals, games or conversation. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed. We loved the location on a quiet dead end street but yet 5-10 minutes to shopping, restaurants and Lake Michigan beaches. We used the bikes and golf cart provided for trips also. There is a large greatroom/dining/kitchen area for community cooking, games and visiting. Plenty of bedrooms with different size beds. The teen/young adults enjoyed the 3rd floor bunk room and seating area. There were games and books to use. We had a wonderful time - lots to do and a great location. The owners were very responsive to texts when we had questions or concerns. This house is a winner for larger groups - lots of space and lots to do in a great South Haven location.

Fantastic Annual Family Vacation!

My family members, coming from four states for our annual family vacation, all agreed that the accommodations were the best we've ever had. The house was beautifully decorated, beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything necessary for taking our turns cooking dinners, and then enjoying them in the beautiful outdoor dining space. We finished up every evening outside in the oh so comfortable seating area, next to the pool for those who wanted an evening dip. My grandkids, age 2-1/2, 5 and 9 thoroughly enjoyed the pool (as did the adults) and what was especially nice was the very shallow area for the 2-1/2 year old who decided he really does like pools now! I simply can't say enough about the comfort and and all the amenities included in this rental. The golf cart was fun for buzzing around the area, and the short walk to the beach for sunset was a real treat. We have been doing our family vacations since 1996 and this by far was our favorite place. Thank you!

This house/home has EVERYTHING you need and more. And was so clean on arrival!Only one want was not fulfilled and that was our wish for more days at this very comfortable home.Ginny and Rob are excellent hosts who communicate promptly via text or phone. They have the house so well organized and labeled for your convenience. Hooks everywhere were so much used and appreciated.Ginny helped us in a minor emergency with a child by recommending nearby urgent cares and the area hospital. Rob was able to talk a nephew through an ac issue caused by closed vents in the bunk room. We were a family of 13 and never felt crowded. Totally enjoyed all the in house games and puzzles. Books for all ages. But we loved the outdoor spaces!!The closest beach to the property has a very narrow shoreline and no available street parking for the golf cart or car but we quickly found other beaches that suited our family better. You have so many choices along North Shore Dr.Thanks again to Ginny and Rob for a wonderful stay!
