Each cottage offers: 2 bedrooms (queen bed in one bed room and 2 twin beds or twin/full bunkbed), one bath, kitchen and family room with futon. Covered porch. Steps away from the lake. Fire pit in front on each cottage. Dock for each cottage- so don't forget to bring the Boat!

Situated on 3.5 acres. Swing set in the back.

Long Lake is the ideal location for water activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, and water-skiing.

This LAKEFRONT property offers privacy and allows you to spend your vacation in harmony with Michigan’s natural environment.

Situated on the shore of Long Lake, offering an abundance of summertime recreation opportunities—literally at your doorstep.

Bring your own boat– each cottage has a dock and the public boat launch within 0.5 miles by car.

Loved the cabin and lake view, basic cabin but very roomy and essentials were supplied. Had problem with TV remote but called owner and he responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Would definitely choose this location for future vacations. Please note it is a cabin and somewhat rugged but very comfortable and relaxing.

The view of the lake and access to lake are great .The building is made of block. Water smells.Furniture was stained.No sheets for the bed.There is nothing to clean or sweep. It does not appear that it was cleaned. Very run down.The area is nice to visit. The view and activities for walking and fishing are unlimited.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. The listing and the reminder email I sent you both clearly state that the water is well water and high in iron. Safe but not ideal. Thats why there is a free gallon of water and a suggestion to buy more for longer stays. They also both clearly and repeatedly state that linens and bath towels are not provided. This is at the request of our regular customers to keep the cleaners fee down. Our rent and cleaning fees are HALF that of most of the lake. Again, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay as we strive to give everyone a great experience at a great value. I suggest trying one of our much more expensive neighbors next time as I think you will be happier. I do think a bad review just because you choose to read neither the listing nor the email I sent after the reservation is unfair.

Location was fantastic, for a family get away. Enjoyed ice fishing right out the back door. Nice quiet location, not far from town. Definitely plan on returning.

Great Location

Excellent location for a long weekend ice fishing trip. Cabin was simple and accurately described in the listing. This is perfectly located on the lake for great views. I can’t wait to book it for next years trip.

Great view, awesome location!

Nice little cottage on the lake. We went for an ice fishing trip. The owner was very helpful and so was everyone we talked to in the area. We had an excellent time!

Perfect Getaway

We met the owner and he was a super nice guy. This is the perfect small cabin in the woods right on the water that’s perfect for a cozy getaway at any time of the year. Highly suggested! We hope to be back in the future

It's so awesome!!!

We loved it... The cabin is really nice feels like home.. we loved the lake and my kids caught some fish even they're just fishing by the docks. We are definitely going back for winter.

Fishing Trip

We enjoyed our visit! Great fishing and location on the lake. Was nice to be able to dock the boat right at the cottage. Boat launch is just around the corner. These cottages are small and could use some deep cleaning. Bathroom is very small. But overall it served it’s purpose. We would consider renting again.

Fish camp

If you are looking for a fish camp, this is it. The cabin wasn’t clean. The cabin water was not usable. The iron/ rust was overwhelming. It was warm and had cute decorations but needed a good cleaning service and water filtration system.

Nice, quiet little cottage!

In the area for an anniversary getaway, and found this reasonably priced cottage. First, everything we needed to know or that could have been an issue upon arrival was covered by the owner of the property long before we even left for the trip. The communication from the owners was exceptional and had us prepared for the visit. The location was wonderful, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. We went in the fall to catch the changing leaves in the area which were vivid, but if someone went in the summer the rowboat and paddle boat is a nice addition. With the boats and the playground on the property, I think this would be a great place for a family to visit.. The iron in the water makes it undrinkable and smells bad, but again they covered all of this before we arrived and we were prepared. Just make sure you bring your own water bottles. Very happy with our stay, and if we are on that side of the state again we will definitely book the cabin again!

Highly overrated!

Although the property is set onbeautiful lakefront, the cabins are in deplorable condition. It appeared to have not been cleaned for a long time. There were cobwebs with dead spiders; a frying pan that was still greasy-dirty; a microwave that couldn’t even pop corn! Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper left to use & had to ask for more 2x, 2nd request ignored). We tried to get more @ the market, but they were sold out. 😡
