Very private. We thought that their was 1 more bed. Still plenty of room for 7 of us. We loved the place. Saw deer, turkey and a coyote. Will rent again.

Loved the location. Dock was perfect for our 21ft boat. Many springs to visit. Close to boat ramp and town.

Perfect house for a stay on the river. Conveniently located to nearby public boat ramp the doc was perfect for our boat. We had plenty of space and beds. Air conditioning worked great and the porch was perfect for coffee and evening hangouts.

Family Vacation!

Plenty of space inside but love the screened in area on the bottom level! The full bathroom on bottom level was definitely a plus for after my son played in the river.

Great home base for exploring springs

Gramps enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the river while the kids hit all the nearby springs . House was well equipped and comfortable . Easy to put in at boat ramp in town and kayak home ! Thanks for a great stay

Waterfront Wonder

Great vibes. The stay was amazing. Close to town, yet very private and serene. Kitchen was well stocked. Canoe and paddleboat were great amenities. All the comforts of home in a perfect relaxing environment. Was just what we all needed.

Amazing property in a beautiful setting! Highly recommend!

We spent two weeks at this delightful property and enjoyed every minute of it. The scenery is incredible--we sat outside on the deck or porch every day and watched the river flow by. Just beautiful! The house is charming and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to return next year to this wonderful property!

Awesome place

Great surprise. I wasnt sure what it would be like, but its awesome. Very clean, very nice. Beds are very comfortable. Will definitely be back. Host is great to work with.

Great stay at Floats My Boat

My wife's parents live close by in McAlpin and we need a place for ourselves and our 2 grown girls and one boy-friend. We really loved the place. It was very nice and clean. We didn't get to use the canoe or the paddle boat, but we did make a fire two of the nights in the fire pit and had smores! The place is very peaceful and quiet. We did take my in-laws over to the place and they loved it as well. The host was awesome and we had no problems communicating with her. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!

This is hidden gem! The house was amazing inside and outside! The beds were the most comfortable beds to sleep in! The outdoor area is set up perfect to hang out all day outside with easy access to a downstairs bathroom and screen in area with a fridge! The host was very helpful with questions we had throughout the stay and prior. We will be back for sure!

Excellent trip

Needed 3 days in N Florida on way south. Float the boat worked great, secluded away from people, beautiful river view. Warm, comfortable, well equipped, clean, lots of upgrades. Only minor negative could use better deck and outside lights around house, fire pit and dock area. But still great and would definitely go back.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

We had the best time. This house is in the perfect location for Spring Hopping. It was so decorated so charmingly with lots of little extra details. We built a fire in the outdoor pit, played corn hole on the boards that were provided and enjoying coffee on the deck watching the boats go by and the fish jumping out of the river. We have already booked another stay! I highly recommend this location if you are thinking of visiting this area. It was PERFECT.
