The 2nd floor, end location means spectacular, main channel views, with no neighbors on one side. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and take in the beautiful sunrise over Lake Hamilton.

We provide free private WIFI for our guests.

Willow Beach Condominiums boast a central location, right in town, yet separated from the noise. Just around the corner is the Hot Springs Mall and The Behind The Mall Cinema. There are more restaurants than one can count within a couple of miles, as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Boat and water toy rentals are just down the street, as well. Less than 10 minutes to Oaklawn Park for horse racing and other gaming. Less than 20 minutes to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water Park.

Need more room? We also own units A12 directly above this condo, along with D10 & E4 at Willow Beach.

If you desire, we can make our covered boat slip available to you for an additional fee.

Perfect !

This condo was perfect for our trip. This place was great for my husband , myself and our one son. We will definitely go back! We have been to Hot springs multiple times but this place by far was our favorite. From the views, the easy accessibility to everything it was wonderful! This place is great for small families and couples. Thank you for sharing your space! Also, the cleaner they use is so kind! We text her when we left and immediately got a sweet message back! CAN NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! 5 stars all the way!

Getaway

Birthday getaway. Loved the location and the view. Love the town. We will be back in a year or two. It was easy to communicate with the host. Met some full time residents, and they were all pleasant and easy to talk to. Great getaway!!!

Relaxing Days

So good to return to the condo. It’s relaxing to view the water and the peaceful surroundings. The unit has many needed essentials within the kitchen. I look forward to returning again.

Great place to stay

It was our anniversary celebration weekend and when we arrived the owners had left a card, balloon, and a box of candy! We thought that was above and beyond nice! The condo has a wonderful view and a great location that is close to anything you would want! I’m sure we will be returning for many more vacations

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our time in this condo. The view of Lake Hamilton is amazing and the condo was the perfect space for our getaway for two. We enjoyed the pool and everything in the condo was as described on the site. We hope to return in the future!!
