Perfect stay for a larger group

Perfect spot for a larger group. We had our wedding over the wknd and this was perfect for our out of town family.

Great place - 5 stars!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! There is so much room with lots of beds so everyone had their own space. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat! It was also extremely clean and the house is kept up nice!

Annual Fishing Trip

This home is perfect for our annual fishing trip. Several private rooms and other sleeping areas had more than enough beds for the seven of us. The upstairs kitchenette was very convenient! We look forward booking this place again next year.

Great Weekend

House had plenty of space for our group of 8. We loved the upstairs porch and the kitchenette was handy. Location was close to everything. Contact with the owner was very easy. Everyone enjoyed the weekend!

Great place to stay

With the accommodations we needed, this spot met all the needs. Beach was close by,the store was walking distance, and great size. Can’t be too nit picky about the cleanliness… it’s a rental, so I get it. We were comfortable 🙂

Family Christmas

This house was nice and spacious for our family to get together for Christmas. The outdoor fire pit was nice to sit around and stay warm. Plenty of space for boat parking.

The property has so much potential! Clean but could have been cleaner and some things should have been organized or hidden. Location was great, close to everything. The property does sit behind a boat yard that is an eyesore. Overall this house did it’s purpose and we had a great time!

We had a blast! The house was perfect and we all fell in love with POC! Theres plenty of room the beds we used were all comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you Justin!

Large family perfection

We came down to Port O to celebrate the life of my husbands grandfather who was such an important role in his life. We had family meet us down there from out of state. The house set up was absolutely perfect for all of us. There was more than enough room for everybody to spread out and relax. Our favorite place was the upstairs patio. We sat outside every evening and enjoyed the salty breeze on the night air. The second fridge was very helpful since we had such a large group. We come to Port O At least once a year. But after staying at this house we hope to make it more than just an annual thing. They were only a few minor things on the property that were a little disheartening but after mentioning them To Justin, he quickly responded back explaining that the previous group that had stayed there before our arrival was really rough and was very apologetic. We will definitely be back!

The place was family friendly. The stairwell going to the upstairs bedrooms could use more light for safety reasons. Also working TV’s in all the bedrooms not just the king size bedroom. Overall a fun time was had by all.

There is a light switch to turn on for the stairs only you just have to flip the switch. The light bulb is working.Also the tv upstairs are for you to bring your games or there is DVD player there for you to move around where you need it.

Pictures do not show the property as it actually is!

When we got to the property the house was dirty on the outside. The front screen door was propped open, when we tried to close it it would not close it was broke. All three trash cans for the house were full. Holes in the back of the couch. One person went to use the restroom down stairs and the toilet would not flush. I messaged the property manager and he finally sent a plumber to the house. He did not get the problem fixed said he would be out the next day. His instructions were use the upstairs to poop and the downstairs to pee. Inconvenience for 1 night ok we said. He then ask 1 of our people if he could turn on the pump in the back of the house and fill a bucket with waste every few hours. We never seen the plumber again. I am a disabled vet and climbing stairs to poop is not an easy thing for me. The electrical outlet on the front patio was missing the front my plate left out in the elements and cords plugged in it. I could go on and on but then you would get tired of hearing me and stop reading. I have pictures I would like to show if I could.

Nothing about this review is true, This house has been on multiple website with 4.3 to 5.0 reviews for over two years. The downstairs has been remodeled about 6 months ago, New counter tops,appliances, tile in bathroom etc,etc,etc. This guy came down with 12 plus guys for the crawfish festival. They checked in early without permission, They parked in my yard. The damaged the back of my couch. They broke the shower head handle. They left my house a mess, The cleaning lady sent me all the pictures to prove all my statements. This house was in near perfect condition when they checked in. All my past reviews speak for themselves. Anyone wanting to talk to my cleaning lady is welcome too. We have 2 other properties with this company and we make sure we take care of any and all issues.

Right in the mix

The property is right in the mix of it all. We're a few blocks from the Fishing Center where access to waterfront, guides, boat ramps and more. Its the center of the universe as far a POC goes. Great place with TONS of room to spread out and relax. Go fishing for the day and bring your catch back to grille at home. Great fun!

Nice stay

Overall it was a nice stay. There were little things here and there that needed repair. There was a sconce that had fallen off the wall and was broken when we arrived and the metal frame for the day bed was hanging on by one hinge. I made sure and took pictures when we arrived to avoid any confusion. The area is real nice and house bc is very spacious. I would recommend this home to friends and family if they traveled out this way.

Very sorry about the broken pieces. The cleaning lady was suppose to report any damage to me so I can take care of it, Hope to see yall soon. Everything has been replaced with a new futon Also renovated kitchen and master bathroom updates. new picture will be posted in about 2 weeks
