We have been and stayed at properties at Smith lake for the last 10 years during this time frame.Decked Out was simply the best. So accurate to pictures, clean, and the host was so helpful with probably what she thought was crazy questions.We hope to book here next year…Thanks Decked Out for wonderful memories.

Our group enjoyed our stay and had a great time. There was plenty room our group and had everything we needed. The house was close to the marina and convenient for fueling our boat. Easy directions to follow.

Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful vacation. Host was extremely nice and responsive. The kids and adults all enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding, and jumping off the upper level of dock. Deck areas were large with plenty of seating. House was lovely, with plenty of room and seating for our family. Everything was clean and well kept. I highly recommend this home.

This place was awesome! It had everything we needed and enjoyed it so much! The house was beautiful and great views of the lake. Highly recommend staying here. I hope to return again soon. The owner was quick to respond too. There was 13 that stayed and was very comfortable.

Great house with plenty of beds and awesome parking for trucks with boats. Huge circle drive to accommodate fishermen. I would stay there again!

We loved it! There were things for the kids to do separately from the adults. I would have rated everything excellent but the A/c went out of 2 bedrooms the first day and folks had to sleep on the couches downstairs but we were compensated and the A/c was being replaced on the day we left. Also the gas grill wouldn’t heat up. But the views and the dock were great. The host was great at keeping us informed on everything . I can see us coming back in the future.

We found Decked Out just as described on VRBO. It is a gorgeous home with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the deck space and the fire pit area. Plenty of space in the home. The teenagers and adults loved the game room area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay with family and friends.
Lake time is relaxing!

Great Place for a Family Summer Vacation

This place was great for our family vacation. The house is wonderful, and the new decks and the double decker dock are truly outstanding. And the lake was great, it was deep, clean and during the week, it had very little boat traffic.
