La nostra bella casa di montagna situata nel nord della Georgia è il posto giusto per te e la tua famiglia / amici per divertirti e rilassarti! Ti godrai la tranquillità dei dintorni mentre ti siedi su una sedia a dondolo o su un'altalena su uno dei due grandi ponti coperti che si affacciano sul fianco della montagna boscosa. O forse ti siederai fuori al tavolo a bere una tazza di caffè mentre cerchi cervi, tacchini selvatici o persino un orso nero occasionale.

La casa è abbastanza spaziosa per ospitare una grande folla. Sia che lo usi per una riunione di famiglia, un "Weekend per ragazze" o per riunirti con i tuoi vecchi amici del college, c'è molto spazio! C'è spazio per dormire per 12 e, come abbiamo fatto in passato, puoi sempre gettare dei sacchi a pelo sul pavimento per i più piccoli! Il tavolo da cucina può ospitare 4 e il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 12 (è anche un ottimo posto per giochi e puzzle!). Al piano superiore c'è una bella camera familiare e una grande sala giochi al piano inferiore, entrambe con TV via cavo. La camera familiare, la sala da pranzo e la cucina hanno una pianta aperta.

Se desideri uscire, la Bent Tree Community ha molte cose da offrire: golf a 18 buche da campionato, 2 piscine (una per soli adulti e una per famiglie), campi da tennis coperti e all'aperto, maneggi e passeggiate a cavallo, sentieri escursionistici con cascate e un ristorante in loco. L'area ricreativa sul lago ha una spiaggia sabbiosa, beach volley, un campo da basket, un parco giochi, un grande campo erboso, griglie e tavoli da picnic. Tutto questo è a un paio di miglia da casa.

La nostra casa si trova a Jasper, in Georgia, dove ci sono molti interessi nella zona. Ristoranti e negozi sono a soli 15 minuti di auto. Il Georgia Marble Festival si svolge a Jasper il primo fine settimana completo di ottobre. Ellijay, in Georgia, si trova a 30 minuti in auto a nord ed è l'ospite del Georgia Apple Festival a metà ottobre. A est troverai Dawsonville, in Georgia, sede degli outlet premium della Georgia del Nord. Ci sono anche molti sentieri escursionistici, parchi statali e siti storici.

Relaxing Getaway

We were staying in the area for our daughter's wedding and needed enough room for family members. The house was spacious with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all well stocked. I had several questions for the owners leading up to our stay and they always answered quickly and graciously. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and would love to stay there again!

Lovely House in the Mountains

This is a very nice property with lot's of room for an extended family. Well appointed lot's of room for social gathering. I would re-book this property in the future. You should in considering it, though, that it is in a gated community halfway up a mountain. So, make sure to review the access procedures to the community and leave yourself lots of time to get places.

Lovely Time!

The photos don't do this property justice. It is beautiful! We wish there had been better walking paths, but we get that that's difficult to do on the side of a mountain. This definitely is in the woods, and the bugs are aware of that - Just something to prepare for going into it. The owners were quickly communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Just as advertised

Great weekend in the mountains. This house was just as advertised. It was very clean and the owners were excellent to work with. The house has many beds which was great for our group. The location is close to the front gate which can be a positive in mountain communities. Our group was also able to play golf on the private Bent Tree course. The club pro was very accommodating. I would return to this house.

Our Host was accommodating to an early check-in as we thought a 5p check-in was not feasible for our family arrival, so we appreciated that! The home was very spacious which allowed a bed for everyone and a downstairs for the grandkids to play in. I cooked most meals for the week and thought the Kitchen was well equipped, except I’d change the frying pans out for better quality. My only real negative for this home was the furniture in the main living room and downstairs …. When you see a loveseat with a sheet over it you know it’s probably dirty and it sure was, including the red ottoman. The main furniture was uncomfortable and hard for us to get out of as we sank in every chair and couch….might be time for arefresh as one can tell this furniture has been well used.

Beautiful neighborhood

We were disappointed in our stay. Our sheets were stained, extremely dusty. You can tell carpets haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Allergies were going crazy. I unfortunately would not stay in this same house again. You are basically spending all this money for space. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and things you need and clean when you get there so you can feel comfortable. Stay away from the first floor and avoid the carpets completely.

I’m sorry that you didn’t find our house to your standards. Our housekeeper does an immaculate job and we have always had great reviews concerning its cleanliness. As for the carpets, yes there are some stains, but that does not mean the carpet is dirty (it’s shampooed regularly), it means some stains won’t come out. Stains are best removed immediately after they happen. Being that we are not in the house while we have guests means that some stains dry in the carpet and become permanent. We will clean the carpets ahead of schedule and will replace the sheets. By the way, I too have allergies and have never had a problem with being in the house.

We had an awesome stay here. This was our second stay with this property. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of room and nicely decorated. The hosts were very nice and easy to work with. The location is very near the entrance making it easy and quick to access. We will stay at this property again.

My out of town family stayed here for my daughter's wedding. It's a beautiful property with stunning views. There's plenty of room inside for everyone! My family said the beds were very comfortable and that they slept better than even at home. Highly recommend!

BentTree Pre-Stay Hassles

Over all the property was good and and has nice views. The water was not on when we arrived, but all else was fine. The pre check in process was totally unnecessary, and a hassle for our guests. Bent Tree HOA needs to chill on rental folks, but we get it, it's a hassle having all these unknown people coming into you private community.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family stayed a long weekend at this cabin so we could attend my nephews wedding. It was very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and it was easy to get in and out of the property. Quiet neighborhood in a gated community. I would 100% recommend staying at this cabin.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

When we began looking for a vacation get-away, we wanted a place where there would be activities within the community to enjoy. At Bent Tree we can spend the day at the beach/lake, we can hike, we can go to the pool, we can go horseback riding, etc. all while staying in the community. If we decide to venture out there are many fun things to do just a short drive away.

We bought in Bent Tree 13 years ago because we wanted a place to create memories with our friends and family. One of the most appealing characteristics of our house when we bought it was the fact that we would have room for all of our guests under one roof. Whether we're playing games around the table, sitting on the porch looking over the mountain, or watching football in the family room, we can all stay together. We've had the pleasure of having extended family gatherings, high school and college 'mini' reunions, and even a Girl Scout retreat at our home!
