Saddleback is very welcoming and spacious home, it has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The interior is comfortable with plenty of room to relax after a long day out on the lake or riding during the off season. The home is equipped with a shuffleboard for your entertainment and a BBQ out in the covered patio. Located near the exclusive Lake Havasu Estates neighborhood. Close to the golf course, 10 minutes away from the Marina and Havasu's downtown area. Now, only five minutes away from The Havasu Riviera Launch!

Great get away

We had a great time in havasu. We arrived earlier than expected and Steve without hesitation allowed us to drop off our things and cool down before heading to the lake. The house was clean and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend the house. And Steve is just amazing

They only reason I would ever say anything bad about this place is to keep it open for my family and I! This place was great!!! Perfect set up! Owner was easy to get a hold of us, and easy to talk to! I can’t say enough of this place!

Great pool home!

This beautifully decorated home was the perfect house for our river trip! The pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. The kitchen area was nice and big for my family to hangout in and has everything you need for all your cooking needs; including a nice big refrigerator and freezer with plenty of storage. All the bedrooms were nice and spacious. And we were the lucky guests that got to use the brand new pool! Felt great going for a swim after long day on the river. The water temperature was perfect! The owner, Steve, was awesome to work with. He was very responsive and always responded immediately. And he has all directions for how to use things in house in a nice organized notebook. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home, Steve! We will definitely be back!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I had seven adults staying at this property. Everything worked well in the house and it was well stocked. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and barbecue that we used every night. Steve was very friendly and helpful for the few questions that I had. Everything worked as advertised and was better than expected. I couldn't ask for a better stay and will be back to this property in the future

Awesome stay!

Awesome house and was perfect for my friends and I for 4th of July! Steve was very helpful and offer lots of great options and even offered to supply some of the fridge is we were celebrating! will definitely be. staying here again in the future. And had plenty of room for activities!

Our family had an amazing stay. Home was clean and had everything we needed during our stay!

Lake Havasu Perfection

Came out to Lake Havasu with the family for a baseball tournament. This house has been our best experience here on VRBO! Well stocked, perfect location, awesome layout. I didn’t think I was gonna be able to get my husband to leave haha! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
