So clean, fully stocked kitchen, and super comfortable beds! The master bedroom is as large as it looks! AC worked very well. Large property with a beautiful view of the lake. A perfect getaway from NYC.

We had a wonderful month at Ilya’s special lakefront property. The location is superb—direct lake access, while also being perfectly situated for exploring Warwick, Chester, Goshen, Tuxedo, Montgomery and the surrounding Hudson Valley. Ilya was extraordinarily responsive, thoughtful and fair in every interaction. We felt genuinely well cared for and are leaving with very happy memories. We hope to come back!

We enjoyed the hot tub, provided kayak and canoe, outdoor and indoor wood burning fires with provided wood. We bought fishing rods and a license at a local Walmart to fish in the lake. The walk from the house to the lake was muddy because we came after a storm so bring water shoes in case that is the case so you don't ruin your shoes. They provide plenty of towels and life jackets

Our family had a wonderful at this property. In town for a wedding and it was perfect for the whole family. My kids and granddaughter especially loved the pool, hot tub, and dock for fishing! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great visit.

Ilya was so responsive! The house was in perfect condition and the host was very accommodating and responsive. The pool, hot tub, and lake were phenomenal additions to our weekend, and the entire place was a dream. Would definitely recommend.

The host was very welcoming, the little details in the house really made us moms happy. The house was clean and our boys absolutely loved the basement and the access to the hot tub from the basement. The local food was fantastic. We came in the winter, but all talked about how much we would love to be here in the summer as well.

Nice house with a wonderful lake and close to legoland and storm king art center. It had everything I needed and was great for a much needed weekend away with friends

Really beautiful spot

Clean house, easy check in, super beautiful property. Near lots of great hikes. Kitchen was stocked better than lots of other rentals I've been in, with nice appliances that made cooking easy. Lots of activities to do on-site. Would definitely recommend!!

House was perfect for our 50th Anniversary family vacation! Plenty of bedrooms, amazing kitchen, loved the pool and hot tub. Grandkids and the dogs loved the lake - fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding - they did it all. We picked the perfect week for fires at night and looking for meteors. Host was very responsive to any questions and easy to communicate with.
