The wood-burning fireplace and hot tub by the babbling brook are favorites for guests. Sorry about the spotty Verizon service, but glad the house WiFi kept you connected. We hope to host you again.

This is an excellent family or large group facility. Beds were very comfy and bedding great and plentiful. Bathrooms are lovely, multiple and varied. Towels a plenty there and for the hot tub, kitchen needs more. Having bathroom and laundry soaps, shampoos and conditioners, as well as tp was a generous plus. Laundry was nice and efficient. Kitchen has plenty of amenities for but needs a bit more organization. Storage containers for leftovers are sparce. Hot tub placement is sweet.

HI Mike, We are glad you enjoyed you stay at Creekside... one of our most popular houses! We hear you loud and clear with the internet. Unfortunately, internet options in Alpine Meadows are limited (neither AT&T or the cable provider serve Alpine). The best option is a satellite service called X-wire, of which is used at Creekside. It can be especially snow when its snowing outside. Regarding the towels, we stock towels based on the sleeping capacity of the property (one face cloth, one hand towel, and one bath towel each). While there are beach towels at the property for the hot tub, we always recommend that guests bring extras just in case.

In the future, please note that we work 7-days a week to assist when things don't go to plan. In addition, all of our calls are recorded. We only made 1 phone call to your phone on 3.5.23 and did not receive a voicemail from you. We are sorry to hear that the communication was lost.
