Well maintained, very clean property that fully met our needs for a sisters get-away. Close to shopping and the theater right on a main highway. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit. Bedrooms are all upstairs so not for those unable to climb stairs. We hope to return again.

Bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kids loved the playground. Having 2 washers and dryers was very nice and the location was very convenient.

Very nice home, very clean. Very Welcoming with the basket of snacks. Appreciated use of washer and dryer. Host always responded right away. Hot tub was further from house than what I saw in pictures. Do recommend some sturdy steps getting in/out of hot tub. Used bench and was shaky to use. Afraid of falling. Otherwise it felt like home. Thank you.

Great for Young Families!

The property was only a few minutes to Dutch Wonderland and had 3 wonderful playgrounds set up right outsidethe back door. Bedrooms comfortable and clean, new bathrooms, well stocked and large kitchen.

Beautiful, nice, clean, and swings to use all around. we can't wait to book this house again. Check-in is smooth, with clear instructions for everything you need to know. The owner mic is always available to help with anything u need, very, very special men.

Great central location for visiting Lancaster County

Location is close to Lancaster County attractions and Lancaster City. The house is close to the highway, but tight. Bring a sound machine and you’ll be fine! The house is by itself with great privacy, great playground at the back entrance and good parking. We loved the Breeo fire pit and lovely sunsets.

Clean and Beautifully decorated

Check-in was a breeze, enough parking for the 5 cars we had. The hot tub is kind of far away, but in a nice secluded, quiet area away from the road. The big beautiful bar by the hot tub could use some TLC but it was quaint and relaxing back there.The house was beautifully decorated in every room, cozy and sooo clean. Space for everyone. We really enjoyed our time here.

The house was awesome. It had everything we needed. Our rooms were big enough and clean and comfortable. There was a little draw back with the traffic but it wasn’t too bad. Also there were spot lights on the front of the house that stayed on all night. They need blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect.

The place was very clean and appreciated the early check in so we could settle in and get ready for the performance at the Sight & Sound Theater. The house had everything we needed. Location unfortunately was on an extremely busy road and difficult to get into and out of driveway. Because of busy road the noise can be an issue especially at night. Other than that the house was perfect for our girls weekend.

The bedrooms were nice and provided plenty of room. Two full bathrooms and two sets of washing/drying machines is great. If traveling with young children, note that the house is on a very busy (and fast) road. The back yard does make up for it with three full swing sets and a pickleball court. Our children loved those extras! The parking is shared with a local business (with clear designated parking for rental) and that just means the grassy part of the backyard for playing is a couple hundred feet away from the house. Not the property to stay at if you’re looking for a place to open the door and watch kids play on grass from inside. The hot tub is set back from the road (making it quieter for sure!), but also a good 300 feet from the house. Property was well kept, presentable, clear instructions. Well stocked with towels and sheets.

Ideal for family with small children. We brought our.Six grandkids and their parents for a mini vacation. Michael could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The access to all of the children playground/pickle ball .... Added variety to our stay..... We never used the hot tub, but did use the fire pit almost every night..... Fun for the kids..... Relaxing for all the adults at the end of a long day. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely be back

Great for families

I was a bit nervous about this property being close to Route 30 because of my children but it wasn’t an issue for us at all! During our stay we barely noticed the road. The home was quiet inside and there was a lot to do on the property between the multitude of play sets , pickleball, and the opportunity to explore. The location of the home was also very convenient, minutes from our planned activities and a short ride from Lancaster. All of us enjoyed the home, it was well furnished with comfortable beds and clean throughout. The AC is dual zone and worked great and the kitchen was huge which was great for preparing meals. Overall, very comfortable, very happy, and we’d stay again if it’s available when we schedule our next trip to the area.
