It is a nice view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and cleaned. Everything was there that you needed even extra things in the class which was very nice. Would recommend staying here to anyone. The view is also nice from the balcony, and the recliners were nice after being at the beach in the TV room.

Very comfortable small apartment super close to the beach. Lots of extra blankets and towels, and all of the various incidentals were in great supply!

This is our third time staying at North Coast Village. Condo was just as advertised. Had all the things we needed for the beach and for cooking meals which was amazing. Got a little warm some parts of the day so we definitely utilized the extra fan that was provided. Would definitely book again!

Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee was wonderful! There was a beautiful little view of the ocean which pleased me very much!We would definitely use this condo again on any return trip to Oceanside!

Quick Memorial Day Getaway

Loved our stay at the Vitamin Sea condo. Perfect for our kiddos and a great location within the property. Made our car access and beach access really convenient. We will very likely stay here again!

Beautiful Tropical Place

Great place near the beach. Nice amenities and clientelle. Great for families to relax in a beautiful setting. This was our second time staying here.

Another great stay at NCV

The property was as described- clean and full of useful things for our stay. Lots of towels, comfortable bed, quick replacement of a broken coffee pot- great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The general property is nice but the actual rental was average. The fire alarm unexpectedly went off at 1:15 in the morning repeating “evacuate, smoke in the master bedroom”. There was no smoke in the master bedroom or anywhere else in the rental and the alarm would not turn off. It appears that the shower was not cleaned because there was still a lot of soap residue on the shelf. The rental company would respond to questions/requests but were not warm or friendly. It would have been very helpful if they could have accommodated an early check in (my request was just for 1-2 hours early). Overall, it was ok.

We’re very sorry for the disruption caused by the fire alarm in the middle of the night. We understand how frustrating and unsettling that must have been, especially when there was no visible smoke. We will have this reviewed right away to make sure the alarm system is working properly. We also apologize that the shower cleanliness did not meet expectations. That is not the standard we want for our guests, and we will address this with our housekeeping team. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Regarding early check-in, we always do our best to accommodate when possible, but it depends on the previous guest’s departure, cleaning schedule, and inspection timing. We’re sorry we were unable to make that work for your stay. Thank you again for your honest comments. Great place to stay!

Nice, large property and maintained very well. The grounds are beautiful, very tropical looking. Walking distance to the beach and local businesses, restaurants. Major stores are short drive away. Would recommend to stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Nice location, so close to the beach. It was good to have a pool as well if you didn't want to swim in the ocean.

Perfect stay !

This property was cute and cozy! It worked out well for our family of 4. I love how your near pool, grill and ocean! And a huge plus+ for this condo is literally right off next to the Elevator! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Bff weekend

The condo was beatiful! Very comfortsble, had just about everything you would need. The grounds are gorgeous! Close to the harbor shops/resturants. Beach area is very nice. We had a wonderful time!
