This truly is the best place to stay! The host is amazing and fantastic communication. The pool is fabulous and my boys love the golf area. As we have stayed here before, we can’t wait to come back!

This place is everything and more! Rick was an amazing host, house was perfect, and the pool/golf area was perfect for my boys! We definitely hope to get this place when we come back next year!

One of the best properties we have ever stayed at.Super clean, fully equipped for our needs and very well maintained. The master suite is huge with a comfy bed, large bathroom and spacious closet area.The kitchen has all the appliances we could ever want, including multiple coffee makers. There is plenty of counter space too.The outside area is as good as it gets, with an immaculate pool. The spa heats quickly, and the putting green is good fun. There is also a corn hole set.The location is ideal, on a quiet residential street but not far from restaurants, shops and all the other attractions Havasu has to offer.Would we stay here again ? You bet we would !Many thanks to Rick for his hospitality.

Beautiful Home

This home was so very comfortable and beautiful! The owners were amazing and the neighbor was so nice and friendly. We just wanted a little get away from our home in Nevada. I absolutely would stay here again!

Amazing Place!

Very clean, well equipped, great communication and easy to follow directions for everything! Pictures don't do justice for how nice a property this is. Also it's located in a very quiet neighborhood; family friendly. Our kids all said they loved it and wanted to return soon!!!

Fantastic property!

What a great home! Nothing better than going on vacation and feeling like you're right at home. Very well cared for property with great amenities. Gene and Cindy were very responsive with communications. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable home to plan their vacation.

Perfect house for a relaxing getaway.

Our two families of 4 had such a great time staying at this house. The house was very clean and well maintained. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool and spa. I can't say enough about how great the owner Rick was. He was very responsive when we needed assistance and made sure everything was just right. We hope to make it back again to this beautiful home some day.

Very nice place!! Everything you could need

We booked Gene & Cindys place for my brothers bachelor party. It was a small group and this house was amazing!! Very clean and well kept!! And the pool was beautiful!! Gene was always in contact making sure everything was going well. And it did!

Amazing as always

This is our third or fourth time staying at Rick’s home with our 3 kids. This isn’t a run of the mill rental, this is a home that Rick and his family visit so you will find absolutely everything you need. We love staying here every time we come into town to visit my in-laws. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. It’s clean, Rick is always reachable should you need something, they have thought of everything you’d possibly need in the kitchen and the backyard is amazing. Stay here, you won’t regret it

Perfect for family

Stayed in this property with my husband and grown son's family. We loved everything about the house, especially the outdoor area. The master suite was super spacious and having the other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house was really nice. The pictures give an accurate representation and actually felt the house was nicer than shown in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this property. Check-in was super easy and owners made you feel welcome. Shelly

Best in Havasu, maybe anywhere!

We came to meet friends for Desert Storm in Lake Havasu City. We had booked another home via VRBO but needed to change dates to this popular week. When they more than doubled the price (because the "can"), we walked, and I looked for another place thinking I would never find once that looked as nice as the first. How fortunate I feel that we went looking again because we found the best place we have ever stayed in Havasu, maybe any VRBO anywhere - and the price had not increased just because of the Desert storm week. The inside is decorated professionally, perfectly clean and appointed like a 5 star hotel. Rick thinks of all kinds of little things that you don't expect but think "how cool is that?". A Kuerig PLUS a free selection of drinks? We always bring our own but only find the machine once in a while. The garage is spacious, clean and meticulously appointed as well, right down to the custom flooring. We loved being able to roll up into the garage and not worry about thieves at night. Finally, and maybe best of all is the outdoor space. It really is an Oasis, private and complete with pool (heated for a fee, swimmable in April with solar), spa (no extra fee), putting green, fire-table and chairs, 6 hi-class loungers on the elevated deck, BBQ, sound system, well-lit for nightlife activities... in a word, inviting. We won't need to look at any other places for our next visit. This is our go-to for Havasu!

The Peugnet's were awesome guests and respected our property like it was their own. We look forward to having them back multiple times each year now that they are Preferred Guests of The Private Oasis. Highly recommended guests. 5 star all the way!

Fantastic home!

My wife and I rented this home for a week long getaway. The home was perfect! Even better than we had hoped. It had everything that we needed and was clean as a whistle. We had one or two colder days for the pool, but on those days the spa was perfect substitute. We would absolutely rent this home again!
