Communication, check in and amenities were great! The open layout was perfect for visiting with out friends and the beds were super comfortable.

Great Stay

Comfortable rooms with nice linen. Great for adults looking for downtime. 5 minutes to nice restaurants in any direction. Property backs up to a stream connecting Gull and Round Lakes.

Girls weekend

Great space for a group of friends where we all had our own bedrooms, a kitchen for gathering and making meals. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

Very nice property and location

We really liked this place! Nice quiet neighborhood on a creek that feeds into a lake. Clean, newer looking furniture, sheets, everything- everything appeared to be nice and new. I would definitely stay here again- and recommend it to my friends.

This was the perfect accommodation for my family as we celebrated my daughter’s wedding. The home was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious with a beautiful living room area to rest and relax in between wedding activities. My elderly parents appreciated the stair less entry. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a blender and working scissors. The gas grill had all the necessary tools and was in good working condition. Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to enjoy the bonfire area due to the wedding activities but the area and wood provided was lovely. We greatly appreciated the start up dish and laundry soap and bathroom supply products. I would highly recommend this area for family vacation!

A lovely lovely place.

We needed to contact maintenance and Justin was fabulous. This was a fabulous place and very comfortable. The only downfall is it does not look directly at the lake but the beach is only a few steps away!

Family Wedding

Unit was a great location for a family wedding in Nisswa area. Management was easy to communicate with. Unit was clean and in great condition. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Recharge!!

This place is the perfect size for an intimate getaway. Everything was easily accessible and clean. The property was exactly as advertised. Didn't need to communication with anyone since I can't comment to that. Great location close to everything . I didnt time my trip right since the weather turned so we couldn't snow mobile but we were able to get out and sight see. Be warned, the 10 am check out comes quickly! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful property. Our only issue was the dishes were not clean - we washed them before using them

Because the guests are required to wash and put away their own dishes when departing, the rental company really should inspect them before the next guest arrives. In most VRBO's, you load the dishwasher, start it and depart. Our dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before using them.

That is NOT our standard of housekeeping at all. I will reach out to the Housekeeping Staff and make certain that issue is corrected. I will also take your suggestion, to have our guests load the dishwasher and start it, and our Housekeeping Staff to empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes. Perfect for what we needed

The property was well maintained, easy to settle into & very comfortable. We were centrally located to the activities we wanted to participate in. And...when a freak snow storm came up, we were warm inside & able to enjoy the weather safely from the warmth of our vacation home.

Weekend getaway

I had initially rented a different property at this location, however prior to my arrival I was contacted by management and advised that property would not be available due to some upgrades they were doing. To make up for this I was automatically upgraded to this larger self contained property located on the same property. Although the design and look of this property was different then my initial booking, it was still extremely nice and well suited for our needs. This unit has a total of 5 beds, over 3 rooms. Each with their own on suite bathroom. This property would be well equipped to host large family or group gatherings with comfort. It was extremely well kept and decorated very tastefully. If I was forced to list any cons. It would be that the property can accommodate up to 10 guests. However the living room has seating for 5, and the dining room table seating for 6, with 2 additional stools at a counter. Likewise the pots and pans provided would not be suitable for cooking for a large group. Overall this is a beautiful property which I would definitely book a second time. The management team was attentive and communicated very well. I can only imagine how amazing this property would be in peak summer months! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
